Officials found guilty in Obama, Clinton ballot petition fraud:

A jury in South Bend, Indiana has found that fraud put President Obama and Hillary Clinton on the presidential primary ballot in Indiana in the 2008 election. Two Democratic political operatives were convicted Thursday night in the illegal scheme after only three hours of deliberations. They were found guilty on all counts.

Romney was not a great candidate but he was far better than McCain, Obama had 4 years of baggage, the economy stunk, and independents were swinging heavily towards him. The Dems stole Florida, Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

No doubt. My big pet-peeve is the early voting. Back before automobiles people used to still have very little issue with voting on election day. Fraud is now off the charts. Really, how much time do we need in order to cast a short vote?

Meanwhile, a committed Leftist friend of mine comments, "I have always wondered why there wasn't more in the press about the Deibold voting machines that were rigged to hand W. his second term."

See, they've actually convinced themselves there's no difference between them and us or, that WE are the ones committing the majority of the voter fraud.

Oh no! There goes our logic for scapegoating our own party for fielding poor candidates.

Wow.

A jury in the hometown of our new senator “Obama Joe” Donnelly.

Actually I’m a bit surprised.

Heaven on earth (in low level fashion) will commence when the godless leftists are absent from it. In other words—it aint gonna happen until Messiah returns.

Just like the Dems wanted it,,too late to do anything about it now. BUT - it’s great fodder when they claim there is no election fraud. Not that more fodder is needed. What am I saying? Dems suck

"I think this helped uphold the integrity of the electoral system," the prosecutor, Stan Levco told reporters. “Their verdict of guilt is not a verdict against Democrats, but for honest and fair elections,” he said.

Umm no, it proves that Democrats are for anything but fair and honest elections and thus is a verdict against democrats.

However, I doubt those found guilty will receive any real sentences.

They will have to sit out for three years before they are allowed to be involved in another Presidential election.

I remember in 2000 during all the counting and recounting and found ballots that Bill Clinton pardoned several New Mexico women who had been convicted of voter fraud. I bet they either went right back to their old ways or they mentored others into those ways.

My personal belief is voter fraud is treason. Treat it as such, arrest, try and if convicted, put to death.

That will send a message.

So, should we all be doing FOIA requests to see the nomination petitions in our states? Maybe a lot of them are ‘clearly all in the same handwriting’!

I’d be surprised if this was only Indiana.

Because it WAS relatively conservative Indiana, the investigation was allowed to happen. It wouldn't have never gotten off the ground in any halfway liberal state.

what now?

Anything other than disqualifying the 2008 presidential votes for Obama and Clinton in Indiana is contributing to this farce. Yes, it's great that they were discovered, but true justice would UNDO the results caused by the injustice.

Of course, the narrative will be that everything else was done "in good faith" by everyone else involved, and the tainted results will be allowed to stand.

...Obama would have won in 2008 even without fraud because McCain was such a horrid candidate and the economy was in the dumper. But the 2012 result made no sense. Romney was not a great candidate but he was far better than McCain...

The atmosphere was so anti-Bush, and anti-Republican by association, in 2008, you are probably right. But I have to disagree with you about Romney being a better candidate than McCain was AT THAT TIME. Yes, McCain has gotten exponentially worse since then, but he wasn't in favor of sodomizing our military and the Boy Scouts as Romney openly is.

Admittedly, there was massive voter/election fraud in both 2008 and 2012. More in 2012, as conservatives didn't win in ANY swing states - nearly a statistical impossibility.

As to the last part of your solution, I'd say permanent revocation of citizenship and banishment from our shores would be far better. Living with this shame would be sweet justice for good, law-abiding Americans.

But who would take them?
