Gang of Eight loopholes put many illegal immigrants on fast track to citizenship

Members of the Senate’s bipartisan Gang of Eight have stressed that under their new immigration plan, currently illegal immigrants will have to wait more than a decade before achieving citizenship. Newly-legalized immigrants will be given a provisional status and “will have to stay in that status until at least ten years elapse and [border security] triggers are met,” Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio told Fox News on April 14. “Then the only thing they get is a chance to apply for a green card via the legal immigration system.” The green card process would take additional years, meaning the road to full citizenship could take as long as 15, or even 18, years. Unless it doesn’t. A little-noticed exception in the Gang of Eight bill provides a fast track for many — possibly very many — currently illegal immigrants. Under a special provision for immigrants who have labored at least part-time in agriculture, that fast track could mean permanent residency in the U.S., and then citizenship, in half the time Rubio said. And not just for the immigrants themselves — their spouses and children, too.

A second provision in the legislation creates another fast track for illegal immigrants who came to the United States before they were 16 — the so-called Dreamers. The concept suggests youth, but the bill has no age limit for such immigrants — or their spouses and children — and despite claims that they must go to college or serve in the military to be eligible, there is an exception to that requirement as well.

VOTER FRAUD IS THIRD WORLD MO The Third World cunningly figured out that massive financial benefits would derive from "immigration reform"......with Third world pressure groups exchanging votes for foreign aid (zillions of us tax dollars going straight into the pockets of corrupt third world federales). Several year ago, a TV report concerned a US Post Office somewhere near the Mexican border that was used by illegals to send money home. It was so busy the US Govt. put in several trailers to handle the business.

IMPOVERISHED THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES LYING IN WAIT---W/ PRESSURE GROUPS INSIDE THE US (here illegally sending billions back home): Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico (stateside), Salvador, Spain, Uruguay, Venezuela.

Immigration reform is the gateway to terrorism. "Undocumented" is code for "ethnic solidarity" (Boston bombers w/ a latino accent).US politicans aiding and abetting ethnic solidarity should be investigated----determine who is giving them their marching orders----for collusion and conspiracy with foreign agents to undermine US ntl security and endanger Americans. The word is out: "undocumented" terrorists, come on down---invade the US, and bring bombs. It's open season to conduct dirty deeds....and US politicans are helping us."

THE GIMME ZOMBIES---LYING-IN-WAIT The cunning Dominican govt survives on billions of our tax dollars which its illegal residents located here send back home---all of them riding the US gravy train. Neutral Dominican Republic travel brochures belittle the do-nothing Caribbean Third World satrap teemimg with poverty. The do-nothing Dominican govt provides no social safety nets for needy citizenry. The connivers work the US system---quitely and secretly lying-in-wait---to maximize its iron grip on America's power centers.

DOMINICAN MEDDLING IN US SEN MENENDEZ's IMBROGLIO IS AN OUTRAGE an unconscionable travesty against representative democracy-- that the corrupt Dominican Republic meddling in US affairs---cooking the books offshore to help Menendez stay in power.

HOW DO YOU SAY QUID PRO QUO IN SPANISH? Clearly, a deal was made. IF (BIG IF) the Dominican Republic saves Menendez's degenerate a** (and prevents the dreaded Christie appointment), Obama will write the foreign aid check w/ plenty of zeros.

A Dominican Republic native--a convicted criminal--lied his way into the NY legislature using forgery and voter fraud.

Nelson Castro.

By 2008, Castro had already compiled a record of criminal arrests in two states and had lied in court about voter registration fraud inside his own Bronx apartment. And that was before the Dominican Republic native got elected to state office.

Bronx Democratic Party leaders anointed Castro in the to fill a spot on the Democratic primary ballot for the 86th Assembly District. Castro was a former staff member for State Sen. Adriano Espaillat, A Dominican Republic native, and the party bosses were eager to elect a young Dominican politician in the South Bronx, where the Dominican population was growing rapidly. "We knew Nelson had had some legal troubles before, but no one had any idea at first how bad they were," said one leader who participated in Castro's selection.

EXCERPT---Voter fraud was one of ex-Bronx Assemblyman, and Dominican Republic native, Nelson Castro’s tricks for gaining political power. Castro schemed to illegally register dozens of voters in his district who voted to send him to Albany. (NOTE: registering at Castro's adress means they were already register at theor own address. How many times did they vote?) Castro also forged signatures on petitions to earlier seek office as a district leader.

Those revelations are spelled out in a deal Castro signed April 2 in which federal prosecutors agreed not to prosecute those crimes in return for wearing a wire in a probe of his political colleagues.

Castro agreed to resign from the state Assembly, while Bronx prosecutors agreed to drop state perjury charges for lying about the number of people registered to vote from his one-bedroom apartment. Castro got wired and taped cooperation Assemblyman Eric Stevenson promising to introduce legislation for shady businessmen who wanted to open adult day care centers.

The amnesty is the right to remain, it has nothing to do with citizenship.

Marco Rubio is fast becoming another Lindsey Graham who happens to be fluent in Spanish.

Understandably, he is partial to other Spanish-speaking immigrants, but like himself, they should also be reasonably or (preferably) VERY fluent in English. Also, as a part of immigration reform, we want persons already skilled in various trades or professions, not the unskilled or semi-skilled who are willing to work for below prevailing wages at menial jobs the “Americans just won’t do”.

Because, as it so happens, the unskilled or semi-skilled immigrants themselves very soon are no longer satisfied with those jobs that “Americans just won’t do”.

Perhaps it is time to eliminate or automate those kinds of jobs out of existence.

The stupid democrats who slaver at the thought of dominating the vote with new citizens do not understand that their own jobs, status, agenda and political positions will be swamped by the invading horde. They do not see that the new crowd of agitators in the streets will be against them as well as republicans. And, these dems have not a clue about the width and depth of corruption that the south of the border invaders will bring when made as citizens.

Congress, along with the jerk who invites them to dinner so he can put his greasy hands all over their arms in a gesture that supposedly represents camaraderie, is utterly worthless to Americans. They are repulsive swine!

America needs a force that will get rid of these jackanapes and this terrible mistake that some call ‘president’.
