Boston Bomber Magistrate’s Middle Eastern Connections
Front page mag ^ | April 25, 2013 | Daniel Greenfield

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev stopped talking once he was prematurely read his Miranda rights. That helps the authorities establish the lone wolf narrative. Whatever else we might have learned from him is probably lost.

...

District Court Judge Marianne Bowler arrived at the hospital where he is being treated to preside over his initial hearing Monday, when she read him his Miranda rights.

...

Judge Bowler has some interesting international connections. She is a member of the Member of the International Judicial Relations Committee of the Judicial Conference of the United States.

Apparently in that capacity, she visited and spoke on legal issues at a number of Muslim countries, becoming the first female judge to speak in Kuwait, appearing also in Egypt and in the United Arab Emirates.

...

While Islamic infiltration of our political system is well known, the infiltration of our legal system is less well known, but operates within similar parameters with foreign contacts being made. There is no way of knowing how much Bowler has been influenced by her connections with the legal and political systems of the Muslim world, but it is telling that her international judicial relations appear to begin and end with the Muslim world.

So one should expect her to recuse herself right? /sarcasm-satire

> Obviously they wanted to protect him and shut him up so he wouldn’t spill the beans on his connections to the Obama administration.
....via the Saudi national perhaps?

That’s just one possible scenario. I think the 0 regime sent that judge in before he answered any questions with the FBI that would reveal questionable connections between the Saudi royal family member and the Tsarnaevs. I’ve wondered if the Saudi was there just there to view the terrorists in action sort of like a pro-sporting event and was aware that it was going to happen before it did .

I would bet dollars to donuts that an IRS deep audit of her finances would disclose payments from muzzie countries or individuals.

Bribery is a common tool in the Middle East.

Flash back to President Bush...for all his faults I still think he was an American ...

Forward to the DNC convention when Senator 0bama spoke. I got evil cold chills, my first thought that raced through my mind was antichrist.

Time passes and we have the election season of 2008. 0bama doesn’t get vetted by the press, birther issues abound, and we watch homegrown terrorists become the president’s most trusted advisors. We see a shadowy czar like government emerge.

4 more years pass and against all odds this man is re-elected.

I said back in 2008 we had just experienced a soft coup. Nachum, conspiracy list guru, between Sept. 2011 to today what connections in the democrat party reach the middle-east. We say they can’t cover this stuff up, too many would have to be involved, and yet...it appears we’re being run by double agents and they are trying to do that.

But the time is approaching when the truth will be breached.

Who would have ever thought that after 9/11 America would fall for a spy for President twice? Over a decade of infiltration and treason at key levels of government or access to those levels.

Sometimes this is why I think the republicans can be cowed by this regime, because it isn’t American.

OK...I’m putting my tinfoil hat back on.

Can we safely assume the 'we suck more ' boys of the New York Times won't find this newsworthy? Had a Tea Party judge gone in and stopped a right winger from giving information in a similar way the losers at the New York Times and Washington Post would be able to 'make the connections'...

What I find even more disturbing is the timing of all these "attacks" and "drills"!

Either we are false flagging it, or AQ is scheduling their attacks simultaneously with our "drills"!

Too many times one on top of the other, almost identical locations, almost identical times.

Which one does Occams razor cut?

False flag? or AQ scheduling?

The problem for conspiracy nuts like myself, is that there are competing conspiracies...

Is he Muslim double agent? Is he a Russian infiltrator? Was there a soft coup? Is he a Bilderberger and running things for the Banksters? Is he the CIA black ops government's latest choice for the sheeple? Is just a front man for the Chicago mob? Is he part of an American communist conspiracy? Some part of all of it? Something else?

Heck, some folks wonder if he's an alien.

Whatever your conspiracy, we are being played.. over and over again. Now I can take off my tin foil hat and put on my reporter's hat. You know, Walter Winchell was a sort of hero. Mike Royko was a prophet. :)

Nut job conspiracy theories are so much more fun than learning the actual law, but this hearing was mandated by Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure Rule 5 (d).

Once the government filed its criminal complaint, the defendant HAD to appear before a US Magistrate (who isn't really a full judge) and had to be advised of certain enumerated rights, including the right to counsel.

This wasn't some sort of discretionary act on the part of a rogue judge, but was instead in compliance with protocols established by written rules of law.

Richard Nixon was an amateur compared to this administration (they owe him an apology too) and Watergate is nothing compared to this (or Bengazi). Let me add, Nixon might have been a bit of a crook but I really don’t think he’d place the country in harms way unlike what we have now. I have nothing against Miranda or reading it to him, but I think we should have held up until he spilled more beans. This smells to high heaven, the stench is so strong, it could knock off a buzzard off a garbage scowl.

Judges just don’t wander into hospital rooms and read patients their rights. Since when do Judges read people their rights? Isn’t it the responsibility of the arresting officer, of someone in law enforcement - I.e., FBI?

That's a thought too. I've seen enough "Dragnet 1967/70" and "Adam-12" to know that's what they usually do.

This looks like a good project for today. What all do we need to know about her? And how do we link her to that lead attorney who sent those other 7 lawyers to Gitmo to spring them.

Give me some marching orders, boss!

He said, “No” when asked if he could afford legal counsel.

I'll split hairs here for a second, just so we can all be accurate.

If you read the transcript of the hospital session, Tsarnaev did actually say "No" to a question.

THE COURT:
You also have the right to have this Court assign counsel if you cannot afford counsel or if you cannot obtain counsel.

Can you afford a lawyer?

THE DEFENDANT:
No.

THE COURT:
Let the record reflect that I believe the defendant has said, "No."

I have provisionally appointed the federal defender, Mr. Fick, to represent you in this matter.

We don't know if he said any other words beyond that, but technically, he did stop talking.

Forward to the DNC convention when Senator 0bama spoke. I got evil cold chills, my first thought that raced through my mind was antichrist.

You too, huh? Think for a sec that if Senator Ryan kept it in his pants in 2004, we will not have Obummer now. Also, maybe if Alan Keyes, I like the guy a lot but he should not have jumped in then, stayed out and let the process choose another, we might not have Obummer now.

I have to say he is a post turtle, a willing one, a dangerous one, heck, I don't think he is The Anti-Christ but he is an Anti-Christ, sort of like The Anti-Christ's retarded cousin, even so, the dumbed down model is very dangerous.

In 2008, like you, I had a sick feeling. The first time was where I saw a cartoon depicting the race between Hillary and Obummer as a marathon and Hillary was running with all her might to try to keep in first place but then you have this maladroit, daddy long-legged, Kenyan runner just step over her. The second was the DNC convention. The third, all this fawning over him.

Let's face it, we have post turtle here. He was place up there by some "powers that be." That is not all. I have to be honest. He was also placed there with all the sheeple fawning over him because he is Black. OK, well, some say half-Black or mulatto. Some others say, 1/8th Black, the rest Arab and half-White. OK, well let me put it this way. Obummer reminds me of Apophis from the TV show, "Stargate SG-1" so the Arab connection is there, most likely. Still in this fleeting society that monitors every move of the Kardashians and watches those star TV shows, perception is reality. So, yeah, he is Black, the ultimate job position filled by affirmative action.

Sometimes I am reminded of the old 1963 episode of "Outer Limits" where Red China put a ringer in as President. Obummer seems to be like that, again, a willing post turtle, but at least in the former, they had to use technology to manipulate the face, ala like plastic surgery, to put their ringer in.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. OK, I can see 2008, we made the wrong choice. 2012, well, how in He$$ can they vote for him again? The economy is dead, we are seen as a wimp around the world and so on. Again, there is a voter fraud, affirmative action and the takers want to keep the gravy train rolling. Still the Republicans should have put up more of a fight. I don't know if we will make it to 2016, I wonder about 2014 too.

My tin-foil hat is buzzing too, time to put it back on.

I said it in my last post, but sometimes this administration reminds me of “Hundred Day of the Dragon” from the 1963 edition of “The Outer Limits” where the Red Chinese put a ringer in for President.
