A former math teacher and basketball coach has been charged with rape and forcible sexual abuse after she resigned from her position at a Utah high school.
Courtney Louise Jarrell, 22, was charged Friday with first degree object rape and second degree forcible sexual abuse of a 17-year-old female student.
Court documents allege Jarrell had a sexual encounter with a Riverton High School student between February and March in which she touched the student's breasts and genitals while at Jarrell's Salt Lake City home.

Now I don’t want to be branded as one who says the person raped asked for it, but what was she doing at the teachers home? How much stronger is the teacher than the 17 yo girl? Why didn’t the girl run when she saw what was happening? How does one woman hold down another without weapons long enough for all this to come about.
How long before the accusation was made and what else is there to this story?
