1) I don’t see where Congress can cede ANY relegated Powers to anyone (including the Fed, EPA, etc.); but what do I know, I’m just a simple taxpayer/serf.
2) History has shown the ‘promises’ of gov’t to be self-serving; but he’s STILL on board/pushing this POS, thinking ‘If only we can get over this *one, little* hurdle’ of trust....He must be brain dead!
3) Even after her admission, NOBODY on the committee says WORD ONE?! Wow, some GOP ‘leadership’

So Big Sis you are saying that if the AG determines that enforcement of civil rights is a low priority they can choose not to enforce the Civil Rights Act?
How about the provisions of EEO, EPA and labor law, can an administration simply redirect resources from these enforcement programs if it feels there are greater priorities else where.
This administration just jumped the shark in a staggering way. We need to stuff this down their throats until they choke on their arrogance and lawlessness.
