Buried within the 844 pages of the bipartisan immigration bill -- amid historic shifts in policies such as a path to citizenship for 11 million unauthorized immigrants -- are pet provisions of the senators who crafted it.
South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham wants more visas for the meat industry, a major employer in his state

Angry muslims working in food processing.
What could go wrong?
Another garbage dump like the Obamacare bill.
Whenever politicians use the term “Comprehensive” it’s a Dog Whistle that means “bring a nail gun to attach all the crap you couldn’t get passed any other way”.
I agree with allocating funds for muzzies...along the lines of increased production of mosque seeking missiles.
Well, I can’t log in to the WSJ, but I’m sure the bill is filled with special crap.
It must be STOPPED.
I’m sure it doesn’t address ANCHOR BABIES!
The participation in the US labor market has dropped by approx. 20 million people over the last 5+ years
We have 45 million on food-stamps.
Can’t we find Americans to fill these jobs?
There is six paragraphs at the Fox site.
I do not have access to WSj either.
Lindsey is likely pandering to a meat company or more.
Maybe some business like Tyson or CAIR will give more campaign cash to him in trade for non American meat processors who will work for less money.
However, the Muslims will need their Allah rooms for the 5 breaks per day.
“Will Lindsey Grahams amnesty earmark bring 20,000 Muslims meatpackers to U.S.?”
This is Grover Norquist’s amnesty...one way or the other we will get MORE Muslims!
From the article:
“.....hashed out a new work-visa program to allow up to 200,000 low-skill workers to come to the U.S.
Adding extra visas for meat, poultry and fish cutters wasn’t part of that deal. Including it was the work of Mr. Graham, said people familiar with the negotiations.
Sen. Marco Rubio sought help for the cruise-ship industry, a big business in his home state of Florida. And Democratic Sen. Michael Bennet of Colorado wove in a boost for ski areas....
The final bill sets aside up to 20,000 additional visas for meat cutters and trimmers.”
It is ALWAYS follow the money!!!
I read those.
“Im sure it doesnt address ANCHOR BABIES!”
Want to know why?
Its not mentioned in because the two people writing this monstrosity LIKE the bastardization of the 14th amendment...and YOU?? Well, youre just another bitter ender racist if you dont!
CESAR CONDA: Birthright Citizenship and Abortion
By Cesar Conda (Rubios chief of staff)
August 4, 2010
As a pro-immigration conservative (yes, I know, we could fit in a phone booth), I am opposed to Sen. Lindsey Grahams (R., S.C.) proposal to end birthright citizenship for babies who, through no fault of their own, are born in this country to illegal immigrants. Innocent children shouldnt be held responsible for the sins of their parents.
In terms of why not amend the Constitution: The Fourteenth Amendment rejected the idea that someone could be a person but less than a person legally, as well as the idea that citizenship can be made dependent on race. It is of enormous symbolic importance. There is no data supporting the claim that significant numbers of women deliberately cross the border to give birth in the United States in order to take advantage of this provision.[AuntB: OMG, what a LIAR!]
Further, the Republican party would be committing political suicide if it were to endorse ending birthright citizenship, as it would cost the party Latino votes, which are crucial in Florida and in several Western states.[snip]http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3007546/posts?page=56#53
Norquist Says Ending Birthright Citizenship Is a Tax
Americans for Tax Reform President Grover Norquist, who is most famous at the moment for waging a political war on government spending, said on Monday that ending automatic citizenship for babies born on U.S. soil would be a tax on having babies.
This is a tax on every child being born, he said during a telephone conference call hosted by the public-policy group National Foundation for American Policy. It solves no problems and instead creates all sorts of problems and costs in terms of Americans.......Its frustrating, and its why people lash out and reach out for these non-solutions like ending birthright citizenship, he said.[snip]
BOTH of them are wrong, but they never cared about the law.
Every Person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.
Senator Jacob Howard,
co-author of the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment, 1866.
I’m so f-ing furious about all of this, I can barely type. I have sent scathing letters, e-mail and made countless phone calls and I’m not done yet either. I might add, that all of my letters and the aforementioned e-mail are factual, concise and straight to the point. I expect my letter(s) to the editor to be published soon, although I had to tame those, because I had to include my name for publication....lol.
Thanks very much for that information.
Signed, Very Bitter, and Proud Clinger.
I hear ya, onyx. We live in interesting times. SAD, but interesting.
A look at Tamerlan's reading list on Amazon shows he researched forging phony identities---a practice very common in the latino community.
NJ BERGEN RECORD CIRCA 2004---Pelcastre brothers, Angel and Jorge, Dallas, Texas, were a walking threat to US national security, expert document forgers who, for a few thousand dollars, could give anyone a new identity (many latinos establish multiple identities in order to ride the US gravy train).
The Texas brothers were a "one-stop shop" for a myriad of fake US documents, including birth certificates, Social Security cards, driver's licenses----for any state in the US------ passports and resident alien cards, said NJ state police.
The Texas brothers turned a NJ hotel room into a business office and were readying a massive cache of fake Social Security cards for delivery to a local NJ identity broker. Officers happened upon two cars bearing Texas plates in a NJ hotel parking lot.
The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout. After a search, police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs.
All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street when sold to "impoverished illegals." Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 phony Social Security cards. ####
Several year ago, a TV report concerned a US Post Office somewhere near the Mexican border that was used by illegals to send money home. It was so busy the US Govt. put in several trailers to handle the business.
The Third World knows massive financial benefits would derive from "immigration reform"......Third world pressure groups exchanging votes for foreign aid---zillions of us tax dollars going straight into the pockets of corrupt third world federales.
THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES W/ PRESSURE GROUPS IN THE US (here illegally sending billions back home): Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico (stateside), Salvador, Spain, Uruguay, Venezuela.

May I use the graphic?
Now, Liz, Grover Norquist would say you’re ‘Islamaphobic’, racist, a BITTER ENDER and you need to be ‘marginalized’....wow, ain’t it great having the GOP on our side???? barf!
>>As a pro-immigration conservative (yes, I know, we could fit in a phone booth)<<
Sorry, but I have to throw a flag on this one.
LEGAL immigration, WHEN IT IS IN THE U.S.’ BENEFIT is approved by most Conservatives.
it is ILLEGAL immigration we object to.
