The Iranian ambassador to the UN had just finished giving a speech and walked out into the lobby where he met the United States ambassador, John Bolton.

They exchanged pleasantries and as they walked the Iranian said, "You know I have just one question about what I have seen in America."

Ambassador Bolton said, "Well anything I can do to help you, I will."

The Iranian whispered, "My son watches this show 'Star Trek' and in it there is Chekhov who is Russian, Scotty who is Scottish, and Sulu who is Chinese, but no Iranians. My son is very upset and doesn't understand why there aren't any Arabs or Muslims on Star Trek."

Bolton laughed, leaned toward the Iranian ambassador and whispered back, "It's because it takes place in the future."

Yes, I know about soros and his billions, although probably not to the extent that it looks like you do.

I am also painfully aware of the shameful treatment the press gave to GWB. Lies, half-truths, and withholding of important information was their daily routine.

I don't question his patriotism but I can't understand why he wasn't more effective in ridding ourselves of the sleeper cells and mosks right here in the homeland. In the months after 9/11 he had the support of the people and even most of Congress. But the rare unity in America was only for a time, and window of opportunity is now closed; maybe for good.

Maybe those were the correct decisions and the alternative would have been disastrous. The WH has much information that I'll never have. As they say, ‘if I really had all the answers, I'd be rich!’.
