Paul Ryan says the Gang of Eight’s immigration-reform plan is “productive” and “getting us closer to a solution.” Ryan will give a speech on Monday in Chicago on immigration. Representative Luis Gutierrez of Illinois, a Democrat, will appear with him.

Does the GOP not realize that a Tea Party backed 3rd party in the next election would cost them a hundred House seats? At some point enough will be enough and a 3rd party will emerge on the secure borders issue, even if it is just a temporary effort to punish the GOP. The GOP needs to be sent a message before 2016 or we’ll be looking at another loss to the Dems.

The beltway GOP have always wanted amnesty and calculated that now is the time. They think they can blackmail us over gun control I guess. They are badly miscalculating. Conservatives will just stay home in 2014. The beltway GOP has been pretty much an across the board surrender monkey FAIL: amnesty, homo marriage, surrender on obamacare and continuing resolution, etc., etc.

Later during the AMNESTY Bill wars he declared

In 2008 Congressman Duncan Hunter called Willard and McCain “the Kennedy wing of the Republican Party”...

Except for my Kansas senators, and other state races, like governor, I will no longer vote republican even if it is a tea party person. I am now voting third party and who ever I want for POTUS. My state just happens to have some of the few good guys in congress. However, in my district I will be opposing the Rep.

Blast this across the country---ethinic solidarity needs to be stopped. "Undocumented aliens" have primitive survival instincts honed in corrupt Third World places where everything is for sale. Rub, Ryan, Paul give speeches to conservative organizations touting ‘plans’ to decimate poverty related programs, close agencies, privatize medicare, raise the age of SS, anything they think we want to hear, much like 2012 primary.

Then they go to these hispanic groups and pander in speeches and tell them how much we are alike and they dont mention those things above that they assure us that they are for, because they know those people are extremely hostile to those same ideas.

Like Dems are not going to point it out in races. Then we are supposed to call it 'lies' when it backfires.

Its hard to say what they are really up to but it is worry-some.

Professionally, Ryan is a creature of Washington insider politics.

He got his first taste of congressional politics as a college intern for U.S. Sen. Bob Kasten of Wisconsin.

The work was not glamorous, often sorting and delivering mail.

“He was as earnest, polite and enthusiastic,” said his friend and mentor, Cesar Conda, who eventually provided a crucial link between Romney and Ryan.

Conda brought Ryan back as an intern the next year.

“He would always pop his head in the door and ask questions about what Senator Kasten was doing,” Conda recalled. “I just gave him two books to read and said, ‘This will get you started.’”

The books were “The Way the World Works,” by Jude Wanniski, and “Wealth and Poverty” by George Gilder, which became the bible for Reagan-era economic policy.

Conda offered Ryan his first paid, full-time job working for Kasten after his graduation in 1992 from Miami University of Ohio, where Ryan double-majored in economics and political science.

One reason that McRomney lost the election was the selection of Ryan. If McRomney had selected Rubio he would at least carried Florida and won twice as many hispanic votes. The pick of Ryan was stupid.
