EXCLUSIVE -- Secret Emails: Cato, Norquist, Rubio Use Boston Terror Attacks to Push Immigration...

Secret emails obtained exclusively by Breitbart News show the libertarian Cato Institute, Americans for Tax Reform, and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) are colluding on immigration reform messaging in the wake of the Boston Marathon terror attack in order to push the “Gang of Eight” bill that was released this past week.

On Friday afternoon, political consultant Peggy Ellis of Ellis & Company, who is supporting the Gang of Eight immigration efforts, emailed “Talkers from Rubio” to the group of organizations supporting their efforts such as Cato and ATR.

The email was headlined: “Rubio talking points re: Boston terrorists vis a vis immigration reform.” The message contained three talking points from Sen. Rubio, the first of which argued that the immigration bill would prevent people like the Boston Marathon terrorists from getting into or staying in the country.

“These terrorists came here under the existing system, the one opponents of reform want to leave in place,” Sen. Rubio wrote in his first talking point.

The second Rubio talking point argued that the terrorists “didn’t cross the border” to get into America.

In his third talking point, Rubio argued that authorities only know who the terrorists are because they came here legally to begin with.

Sadly doesn’t surprise me. The Cato Institute and such “political consultant” firms have been at the leading edge of the cheap labor lobby and this immigration treason bill being pushed by the Gang of Eight. Even with a clear threat to American security from al-Qaida terrorist sleeper cells, smuggled in through the H1-B or student visas, not to mention the damage to American wages and jobs as yet another recession edges in, these traitors in shiny offices are lobbying for still more of the same and even more weakening of our current immigration enforcement. RINO traitors like Marco Rubio and Lindsey Graham are their mouthpieces. They’ve been bought off, and they’ve become the willing dupes in the process.

“These terrorists came here under the existing system, the one opponents of reform want to leave in place,” Sen. Rubio wrote in his first talking point.

Oh, we don't want to leave the existing system in place. We want to shut the border and then start deporting all the illegals and most Moslems. So are you saying you're down for that?

A “dupe” isn’t bought off. A “conspirator” is bought off.

A dupe is fooled.

Thus endeth the lesson.

/And people should stop saying “Gang of Eight.”
They’re the “Gang of Ocho.”

Since Ronald Reagan made conservatism popular, all the rinos have been camouflaging themselves by calling themselves conservatives. Now since the Tea Party has come on the scene they have to call themselves Tea Party people but they are just the same old rinos doing their old rino tricks. You can’t just look at the soup label, you have to read the ingredients on the back. :^)

Dan Coats and Chuck Grassley at least have stood up and said what should be common sense— that lax enforcement and the poor economy mean this is a terrible time to be pushing an amnesty and increasing the H1B visa. They deserve respect for at least telling Marco Rubio and Lindsey Graham to sit down and shut up while the real policymakers hash this out and take a closer look.

Agree, and calling and mailing reps made a huge difference in shutting down this crooked bill in 2006 and 2007. The representatives definitely do listen when we get angry and vocal enough, and firm, lopsided opposition among constituents will take it down.

“You can’t just look at the soup label, you have to read the ingredients on the back. :^)”

AMEN! And I promise there isn’t much there that’s healthy!

WHO IS CESAR CONDA?

[snip]Then rides in the great ‘Tea Party’ Hispanic savior, Marco Rubio to ‘save us’. Because he ‘looks’ more like the opposition. He ‘speaks’ the language of the NEW constituency! He’s the GOP’s latest token ‘trojan horse’.

Who is really behind Marco Rubio, and what do they want? The Tea Party citizens thought it was them!!! He talked the talk, and fooled us all. No, he hasn’t been taken over by Obama and the left, as far as we know. He is part of the enemy within the right. And for the past 30 years, it is always the same players. They are lobbyists who our legislators hire to write our legislation because most of our elected officials let them in exchange for campaign dollars. It is ALWAYS follow the money.

Even John Ross willingly sacrificed his own people to keep his power and to hold out for more federal dollars for Cherokee lands. The Cherokee Tribe was destroyed because they were incapable of realizing who their real enemies were. It appears we are no more enlightened than the ‘savages’. We have no excuse for our ignorance, other than BLIND loyalty to sacred cows who should have been hamburger by now!

Meet Cesar Conda, chief of staff, Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., close associate and fellow amnesty pusher of Grover Norquist, who last week called all of us who want our borders secured, “Bitter enders”, He might as well have called us ‘Savages’.

Here is detailed some of the undermining of immigration law these two have accomplished over 3 decades, including working closely with Stephen Moore of the Cato Institute, Conda circulated a statement against Prop. 187 of California in the nineties. The race baiting they pulled on Alan Simpson when he tried to enforce the borders in the 90’s was nothing but disgusting.

Conda, an immigration lawyer, was Vice President Dick Cheney’s chief domestic policy adviser. After leaving there, Conda went to work for George Soros on the editorial advisory board of the Soros publication, The International Economy Magazine.

Even amnesty pushers on the left like Conda!

[snip] I think Cesar is the right man for the job,” said Frank Sharry, founder and executive director of the pro-immigration reform group America’s Voice. “Rubio is really lucky to have Cesar Conda as his chief of staff.” Conda...has been working on the issue since the early 1990s when he was part of a group of young, libertarian-minded, pro-immigration conservatives. His government experience runs deep: He worked for former Sen. Spencer Abraham, R-Mich., and was an aide to Vice President Dick Cheney. He also spent time in the private sector as a lobbyist and analyst for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and founded the Washington office of a consulting firm called Navigators Global.

Conda was also involved with The National Foundation for American Policy, a Newt Gingrich group. Don’t be fooled, Newt is all about amnesty and has always been!

” Started in 2003, the National Foundation for American Policy (NFAP) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to public policy research on trade, immigration, and other issues of national importance. Its Advisory Board members include ....Cesar Conda.... and other prominent individuals.”

This statement sums up the Rubio/Conda relationship:

“The White House’s lawyer-friendly draft shows that it “has outsourced the formation of immigration policy to the American Immigration Lawyers Association,” said Camarota. Some of the eight senators also employ staffers who are trained immigration lawyers or who have lobbied for the immigration association before. In 2003, for example, Cesar Conda, Rubio’s chief of staff, lobbied the White House on behalf of the lawyers’ association....Given Sen. Rubio’s role in a smear campaign [using SPLC talking points] against pro-enforcement groups,” said Steve Camarota, the research director at the Center for Immigration Studies, “it does raise the question of how serious he is about enforcement.””

Conda worked as an advocate for the immigration lawyers’ association.

“As a founding partner of a lobbying firm, Navigators Global, he attended a 2003 meeting in the White House to promote a policy favored by the lawyers’ group, which stands to gain enormously from any law that expands or complicates immigration law.

In the late 1990s, Conda also worked as the legislative director for one-term GOP Sen. Spencer Abraham. In 2000, Abraham lost his Michigan Senate seat after NumbersUSA highlighted Abraham’s role in defeating a bipartisan immigration reform bill that would have curbed legal and illegal immigration.

During that 1996 immigration debate, Abraham opposed an employee-identification plan in the bill that would have required and helped employers reject applicants who were not allowed to legally work in the United States.”

Conda had a part in the expensive bank bail outs.

“At this lobbying outfit, Cesar Conda is one of the lobbyists on the Citigroup account. Previously, DC Navigators was one of AIG’s go-to firms—until the insurance company halted its lobbying efforts last fall under congressional pressure. AIG, which has received $182 billion from the government, including $40 billion in TARP funds, spent more than $9 million on lobbying in 2008”

Conda was a lobbyist for private prisons who love open borders and government $$$ to incarcerate illegal aliens.

“They also now have a paid lobbyist working in the office of a Republican Senator at the forefront of the immigration debate, in a state with major immigration issues. Take for example the chief of staff to young Republican superstar Marco Rubio, Cesar Conda. Conda still maintains ties to a powerful lobbying firm in Florida that has lobbied for the GEO Group. In fact, he still maintains partial ownership, and was paid between $50,000-$100,000 by the firm after he became Rubio’s chief of staff.. So he’s still being paid by companies like the GEO Group while working as the number-one guy to a US Senator. So the GEO Group has revenues of nearly $2 billion per year, much of which comes from the federal government as payment for detaining immigrants. It has spent more than $5 million in lobbying and political contributions in the past 8 years”

Remember when we warned the Tea Party about getting involved with Dick Armey’s Freedom works because he has always been pro amnesty??.....

– Cesar Conda is a senior fellow at Freedom Works and an editorial advisory board member of International Economy Magazine. He is a volunteer policy advisor to the Mitt Romney presidential campaign.

Conda actually states here that the Gang of 8 plan isn’t AMNESTY!! You need no more than that to know you are being CONNED BIG TIME!

Think of it! illegal aliens vote democrat. Fact. They believe it is Obama working for them. All these GOP open border amnesty purveyors like Conda get no credit for the decades of work they’ve done on the behalf of foreign nationals. Instead, Obama gets all their glory. Ignorance never changes. And History repeats itself.

TALKING POINTS SCHTALKING POINTS---THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS WHAT AMERICANS THINK---we could care less what vote-crazed Capitol Hill denizens think.

Americans KNOW that Immigration reform is the gateway to terrorism. "Undocumented" is code for "ethnic solidarity" (Boston bombers w/ a latino accent).

=============================================

US politicans aiding and abetting ethnic solidarity should be investigated----determine who is giving them their marching orders----for collusion and conspiracy with foreign agents to undermine US ntl security and endanger Americans.

The word is out: "undocumented" terrorists, come on down---invade the US, and bring bombs. It's open season to conduct dirty deeds....and US politicans are helping us."

=========================================================

THE "UNDOCUMENTED" TEACH ETHNIC SOLIDARITY---AND VOW TO KILL AMERICANS.

BLOOD-CURDLING "LA RAZA STUDIES"--- ACTUALLY TAUGHT IN ARIZONA SCHOOLS FOR TEN YEARS : These shocking quotes are taken directly from A LA Raza textbook "Occupied America" (pg. 167): “Supporters would execute all white males over age 16,” (also known as the Plan of San Diego). LA Raza school textbook chapter from “Occupied America,” by Rodolfo Acuña, includes a speech given by university professor Jose Angel Gutierrez: “We have got to eliminate the gringo, and if worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him,” (pg. 323).

La Raza books also talk about the need for the govt of Mexico to re-take seven states in SW United States. so that the Southwest USA would become a Chicano nation.

YOU ARE PAYING FOR THIS In 2005 alone, $7.9 million in taxpayer funding was given to "La Raza charter schools" via the US Dept of Education grants. These charter schools stress Latino culture, the Spanish language, the re-conquest of the American Southwest, the establishment of the mythical Atzlan on US soil, and even Aztec math.

La Raza is using taxpayer funds to organize the murdering of Americans; the federally-funded La Raza organization operates 100 charter schools across America.

ARIZONA SCHOOL BOARD NUT CASE--- Adelita Grijalva is the woman on the Arizona school board pimping La Raza ethnic solidarity indoctrination programs in Tuscon schools. Adelita is all up in arms about Raza Studies getting tossed via the AZ state legislature's action...she is the daughter of Raul Grijalva (D-AZ-7) who was just narrowly re-elected to our US Congress.

Cong Raul Grijalva (and friend) is one of Mexico’s most productive and loyal representatives in our Congress....aiding--abetting and funding La Raza studies.

AS SICKOFLIBS INSIGHTFULLY POSTED: Even if Americans were to accept the politicians' preposterous premise that there is zero national security threats by giving "the undocumented" all the benefits of US citizenship, we MUST keep in mind that sap-happy Obama immigration policies conferred on the viscious Boston bombers the very same benefits.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old Chechen terrorist killed Friday morning in a wild shootout with Boston police, was a legal US resident. He could have been sent back to his homelabd after a 2009 domestic violence conviction. BUT thanks to Obama’s sucking up to ethnic solidarity terrorism, the prez sap-happily decreed that "deportations" are limited only to for foreigners who committed “serious crimes” ao obama allowed the bomber to stay and do his dirty work.

The second bro/bomberDzhokhar Tsarnaev--now in a Boston hosp[ital---gained US citizenship in 2012 after being granted "asylum" in 2002.

NOTE THAT Foreigners who come here claiming "asylum" suck off American taxpayers bigtime---they are able to collect generous monthly checks from SS without having put a dime into it.

Birthright Citizenship and Abortion
By Cesar Conda
August 4, 2010 11:37 A.M.

As a pro-immigration conservative (yes, I know, we could fit in a phone booth), I am opposed to Sen. Lindsey Graham’s (R., S.C.) proposal to end birthright citizenship for babies who, through no fault of their own, are born in this country to illegal immigrants. Innocent children shouldn’t be held responsible for the sins of their parents.

In terms of why not amend the Constitution: The Fourteenth Amendment rejected the idea that someone could be a person but less than a person legally, as well as the idea that citizenship can be made dependent on race. It is of enormous symbolic importance. There is no data supporting the claim that significant numbers of women deliberately cross the border to give birth in the United States in order to take advantage of this provision.[AuntB: OMG, what a LIAR!]

Further, the Republican party would be committing political suicide if it were to endorse ending birthright citizenship, as it would cost the party Latino votes, which are crucial in Florida and in several Western states.[snip]http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3007546/posts?page=56#53

We have been lied to for generations, that is how the nation has slowly, slowly drifted away from the Constitution and our rights. We do not control our government any more—it controls us. The vote is controlled and contrived before we even get to the polling booth.

The election system is a sieve in which honest, patriotic people are filtered out early on and the slick sell-outs get the big funding. This is NOT choice. This is a system of the big money doing all the talking, getting the microphone while the real grass-roots people are locked out.

We have to use what little power we have left. We have to first of all be as well informed and wary as we can be. Then we have to pass on what we know to others. Then we have to give money only to those that we trust and we have to vote in the primaries which is our best choice to get the kind of people that we want. Always beware of candidates that get lots and lots of money, that does not mean that they have popular support, it means that they have lots of money from the inside interests that are destroying this country.

These Rubio types know what the key issues are for conservatives such as abortion, gun rights, so they play along but these people don’t really care much about these issues one way or another. They are just talking the conservative jive talk because they know that is what works with conservatives and they are wary of the pro-life and pro-gun groups because they are organized, well funded and they definately do not want to get them angry at them. They need their core constituancy but at the same time they are trying to bring in the *big tent*. In other words, they are trying to appeal to the independents who are more easily manipulated that are conservatives. If they get enough independants then they will not have to worry about us the pain-in-the-a$$ conservatives who really make demands.

Our enemies are the opportunists and deceivers. They will give us just enough to keep us voting for them, but then when our backs are turned they will betray us every time. Illegal immigration shows the light on who are our friends and who are the betrayers. The lying opportunist betrayers want the support of the big money and the big money and concentrated power is with the pro-amnesty crowd. They are like the British aristocrats and we are like the American colonials. The same thing is being played out but this time the enemy is not far away in London, it is in Washington.

Look at the age diference between Conda and Rubio. Rubio is 41 while Conda has been working on immigration issues since the eary 1990’s when Rubio was just a college student. Then Conda worked as a aide to Senator Spencer Abraham and an aide to VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY. Conda was in the actual White House, he has lots of connections and lots of JUICE as they say in Vegas. So who is the daddy and who is the little kid? Conda is in charge and Rubio has been taken by the hand by big daddy and shown the ropes of big time politics. Mario Rubio is not an indepedent thinker, he is not allowed to be.

Immigration policies are just the other side of the coin of trade issues. They are both about getting the best deal for the people who count, the people with clout. First they sent millions of American jobs out of the country, now they are busy bringing in millions of foreigners to take the jobs that can’t be exported. Export jobs, import workers.

Immigration policies are just the other side of the coin of trade issues. They are both about getting the best deal for the people who count, the people with clout. First they sent millions of American jobs out of the country, now they are busy bringing in millions of foreigners to take the jobs that can’t be exported. Export jobs, import workers.”

NOW you’ve got it!! The same people pushing amnesty (Conda,Norquist and their paid for politiciansP are who created and pushed NAFTA, GATT, fast track trade authority...they lobby for foreign governments and Bill Gates.

"Meet Cesar Conda, chief of staff, Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., close associate and fellow amnesty pusher of Grover Norquist, who last week called all of us who want our borders secured, “Bitter enders”, He might as well have called us ‘Savages’."

Well with friends (not FRiends) like this, Who Needs Enemies??? Whether it be "bitter clingers," or "bitter enders," COUNT ME IN!!!

We won this battle in 2007 against amnesty hands down!!! Now we've been infiltrated even further and deeper by people deceiving us that they are "born in America" righteous conservatives. That's a long, long way from the TRuth my fellow FRiends!!!

You should all be realizing that not only does the GOPe need to be purged, but a few misguiding Tea Partiers need to be screwtenized and tenderized then BBQ'ed on the "spit!" (spit!!!)
