To all the bleeding heart liberals and libertarians defending the Islamic terrorist!!
April 21, 2013 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 04/21/2013 5:24:30 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

He may have gotten by the negligent, incompetent misled DHS, the FBI, ICE, the lax immigration policies, etc, etc, and he may have been awarded citizenship, but that does not change the undeniable and obvious fact that he turned TRAITOR and joined the Islamic enemy in their continuing bloody attacks on America and innocent American citizens (and others). Yes, that is TREASON and the moment he joined in on this treasonous operation he became an enemy combatant!!

Read, study, understand and abide by the constitution!!

I haven’t seen many libertarians defending this terrorist. Can you elaborate on why you’re calling libertarians out in your headline?

Liberals have made the charge of treason more difficult over the decades; otherwise, 90% of the entire Democrat Party would be convicted.

Adam Yahiye Gadahn has been indicted for treason as of 2012, but has not been brought to trial as he remains at large.

You damned well better believe it does. Starting with Obama, Biden, Dianne Feinstein and all other ruling class traitors who are willingly violating the constitution by politicizing the government departments and agencies temporarily under their direction and stewardship. Knowingly neglecting and willingly not enforcing the law, willingly and forcefully using their positions of power to spy on and terrorize US citizens, tea party members, Christians, veterans, law abiding gun owners and PATRIOTS, and putting them on unconstitutional watch lists, threaten them from their high government perches and trying to deprive them of their constitutional rights. Also, their giving aid and comfort to the enemy during war time. We are at war with the Islamic terrorists and the nations and parties who harbor them and or provide them aid and comfort. That is defined as treason in the constitution.

Looks to me like the known facts of the case certainly fit the charge of treason.

The Constitution does not itself create the offense; it only restricts the definition (the first paragraph), permits Congress to create the offense, and restricts any punishment for treason to only the convicted (the second paragraph).

The crime is prohibited by legislation passed by Congress.

Therefore the United States Code at 18 U.S.C. § 2381 states “whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

The requirement of testimony of two witnesses was inherited from the British Treason Act 1695.

Yes, thanks for posting this. This is what I've been trying to tell people on Facebook - dirtbag #2 is a citizen, and by all appearances, is quite guilty of treason and working for enemies of the US (jihad).

We want dirtbag #2 to get his just rewards, and for him to give up whomever he's working with, be they in the US or abroad.

BUT, there's no fault in being VERY cautious in just how that process takes place, to make sure that we, the freedom loving, aren't prosecuted unfairly by tyrannical administrations.

Let's all make sure that justice gets applied without having the Bill of Rights being shredded in the process. It is possible, but I don't trust Obama to not game things to his future advantage.

right on. very sad very tragic, but i cant help but be amused by the insane gymnastics of obama and the media in avoiding saying the “J” or”I” word.

when the president says “ i have no idea what coul dcause a young man to do such a thing” it just leaves one speechless

However Obama is not going to do this. When was the last treason trial in America?

Don't recall. But I have a few ideas of when the next one might be scheduled.

Is our government inconpetiet or are they committing treason themselves. Jane Fonda shot at an American airplane with that anti=aircraft gun she sat on. Kerry was court martial and Jimmy Carter white washed the records to make him eligible to run. Ted Kennedy tried to get help form the Russians to win an election. We have no Idea what Obama has done to us but it hasn't been good. They are trying to raise the bar so they won't get charged with Treason themselves.

They’re probably working on a plea deal as we speak. He’ll probably plead guilty to littering and wind up serving 100 hours community service.

I would support a treason charge though, I don’t think they will do it. I just hope this administration does not do like they have done with the Benghazi attacks/ on our Embassy in Libya; the cover up. I think he should be questioned soon. (to get info/to prevent more attacks/to out the cells). I read that he’s responding to limited questions by writing. His older brother did not have a job though he owned a new Mercedes and wore expensive clothing. Who was his financial support system. One of his uncles even said that both were in radical Islam.

Have you seen ANY? I haven't.

JimRob's naming "libertarians" in his headline seems inexplicable to me.

You can start with libertarian Andrew Napolitano (who I usually respect) but who was just on FOX News bleeding for this bloodthirsty traitor’s constitutional rights. This POS Islamic traitor has NO RIGHTS. He gave them up when he became an enemy combatant by joining the Islamic war on America and carrying out his bloody militant attack on American citizens on American soil!!

Agreed. Unless he’s just lumping libertarians in out of some personal malice, I can’t figure out why he would name them in the headline.
