No it’s not. I can’t believe the garbage is going around when it’s so easy to disprove.

Scrool about half way to the March 19, 2012 video where it mentions bratishka which I believe means brother.
It could be someone else’s brother.
The point remains, people he was friends with would remind folks of kids down the street.
The lesson is that sleeper cells are likely undetectable by neighbors and known only to those that get very close.
