Funny, to me the trend line (blue line) looks like things already peaked around Jan 2012, and the trend is heading down.

Minor increases and decreases of a “TRACE ELEMENT” WILL DO NOTHING. The increase would have to be substantial enough to no longer call it a “Trace Element” to have any meaningful effect.
