On Wednesday, author Ann Coulter blasted Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) for his support of the immigration reform bill which is being put forth by the “Gang of Eight” that he is a part of. Her headline was classic Coulter, “IF RUBIO’S AMNESTY IS SO GREAT, WHY IS HE LYING?”. In it, she proceeds to expose the obvious problems with the Florida Senator’s proposed immigration legislation.
“When Republicans start lying like Democrats, you can guess they are pushing an idea that’s bad for America,” the conservative author wrote. “During his William Ginsburg-like tour of the Sunday talk shows last weekend, Sen. Marco Rubio was the Mount Vesuvius of lies about his immigration bill.”
Coulter pointed to Rubio’s appearance on Fox News Sunday, in which he explained the powerful border-enforcing mechanism, which he denied was merely a meaningless goal. He said, “Basically, Homeland Security will have five years to meet that goal. If after five years, Homeland Security has not met that number, it will trigger the Border Commission, who will then take over this issue for them.”
Coulter then sarcastically commented, “So the water torture awaiting the Department of Homeland Security if it fails to secure the border is … ANOTHER GOVERNMENT COMMISSION WILL BE CREATED! Take that, Homeland Security! Ha — we have you now! The only thing more frightening than ‘another government commission’ is a ‘strongly worded letter.’”

I listened closely to that interview. Rubio was displaying acute anxiety and fear—like a teenager caught in a major lie & misdeed trying to “explain himself” and why the lie was not really a lie and the misdeed was not really a misdeed. You’ll recall that Rubio was talking a mile a minute (he’s usually a fast talker, but he was at hyperspeed) and was going off constantly on “explanatory” tangents. I think Rubio realizes he has committed a major blunder by exposing himself at this time as a member of the Gang of Eight.
I absolutely despise this treasonous bastard. And I’m a former strong supporter. I expected him to turn out as Ted Cruz has turned out but he has turned into a major disappointment for me.
I think I’ll start referring to him as “Little Marco” in the same manner as I refer to Little Lindsey. And it’s not as a term of endearment.
Although he tried not to display it, I’ve been listening to Limbaugh for enough years to recognize the disappointment in his voice also.
The sad part is that there were people warning about Rubio and were shouted down.
Unfortunately, TEA Party to Rubio meant “Too Easy Amnesty”

Marco Rubio being the overly ambitious little politician he is thought he could jump on the immigration bandwagon and ride it into the Whitehouse in 2016.
He has miscalculated and now the Dems are playing him like a violin and he is wedded to his Gang of 8. Its likely the end of his career.

I don’t get how Rubio thinks joining or forming a “Gang” and aligning himself with with the the likes of John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Chuck Schumer, and Barack Obama and most Democrats is going to turn out good for him. Common sense should tell any truly conservative Republican he is on the wrong side of an issue just by the character of the people he is allied with and by the people who are disgusted with him and let down by him. I wish Mark Levin and Rush would put that fact to him a little more directly.
