False Alarm: The Libertarian Revolution Has Not Begun
Townhall.com ^ | April 20, 2013 | Daniel J. Mitchell

I just saw a headline that made me think that libertarian fantasies somehow had turned into reality.

As you can see, 24 IRS employees were just arrested for stealing. But what about the other 105,976 bureaucrats at the Internal Revenue Service who seize our money under the implied threat of violence?

Shouldn’t they be arrested for stealing from us as well?

Silly man. It's not them stealing from us, it's us stealing from us.

The IRS is just the agency we use to accomplish the transfer. It's really silly to designate the IRS, much less its employees, as primarily responsible.

The party responsible is in our mirrors.

Libertarians don’t understand that Freedom can not exist without a Virtuous people. (Socrates, Machiavelli, Locke. all Founders, etc). They “think” you can have “Justice” (a Virtue), without promoting “Virtue” in laws. All Just Laws have to promote Virtue (by definition), because if they promote Vice (sodomy) then they are Unjust Laws which are “Null and Void” according to John Marshall’s jurisprudence.

Their inability to understand our Supreme Law—”God-Given Rights” or “Rule of Law” “Higher Law” than man-made up arbitrary (evil) laws, are extremely Marxist/paganistic and troubling.

Our government was designed for only a Virtuous people. As Socrates stated, Without Virtue, you can have no Free Republic. Cicero, in his Roman Times, knew that since “Just Law” no longer was “Just”-—it was unjust (arbitrary) in Rome-—that the Republic would (did) collapse. Without “Justice”, you will get chaos and collapse.

You can’t promote Vice in laws (sodomy) and remain a Virtuous people-—your children will be corrupted and their worldview will be flipped-—to believe “Evil is Good”-—just like good little Wiccans/pagans/moon god worshippers religions which throw out Natural Laws (God’s Design).

Our system of Justice consists of “Universal Truth”-—Higher power (God’s, not Satan’s)—which is fixed Natural Laws (designed by God).

Justice can NEVER promote Vice, since it is a Virtue—the “Queen of Virtues” as Socrates stated. Promoting Vice will destroy Logic and Reason and equality under the law, which destroys”Rule of Law” that which includes “God’s Laws” (Judeo-Christian Ethics-—not ethics of the Saudi princes who sodomize little boys and Afghanis who have harems of little boys—(Shoebat).
