That could be autopsy, there was no explosion. His brother ran over him with the SUV and it sort of sqooshed him up.

I saw the press conference given by the doctors at the hospital last night. Said he died of mulitple gunshot wounds and massive trauma to the chest. He was DOA. Police reported the device in his clothing detonated at the scene.
I'm not a doctor, but personally, I don't think that hole in his side is surgical. Looks like the bomb blew a big hole in him.
