really... doc from hospital last night said he died from multiple injuries, including internal due to the bomb vest going off. That is why his face is so red... (that is blood pooling into the skin, he must have been faced down) The hole is probably from the bomb and they did not rush him to hospital as they were worried he had more bombs and was booby trapped. He laid on the concrete for quite sometime. There are no autopsy cuts on him. This is before autopsy.
