On the scanner call for officers to help set up a perimeter at Washburn and Franklin streets, FBI is doing something at that location. Not sure what’s happening though.
Police are clearing Franklin street, they’re blocking all traffic, pedestrian and vehicle, down that street. Still no idea why.

Never mind. I reinstalled adobe flash and accepted the ustream cookie. One or both of those actions fixed it.
