It's not entirely clear that the Saudi is being deported. It's all been based on uncorroborated unnamed sources (mostly through Steve Emerson), and, for what it's worth, ICE has said that he's not being deported.

I don't know. ICE says he's not, Beck says 6 congressmen checked the file and say he's flagged for deportation and that the file says he's connected with the Boston bombing.

He has talked to a congressman who has a copy of the deportation order,He read it to him, 8 pages long and lists deportation due to Boston bombing so I guess on Monday we will find out as that is when he will release it.

I know Beck has made mistakes but since he now has his own network, number two website for news in the worldthe Blaze, and is trying to get on every major cable network he has a lot to lose if he is wrong. I trust him more than big sis.
