Oh irony, oh hypocrisy! Joe Scarborough opened today's Morning Joe by singing the praises of NBC's Pete Williams for not jumping onto the story that other news outlets were reporting yesterday that an arrest had been made in the Boston Marathon bombing. Scarborough condemned journalists "far more interested in getting it first than getting it right."
But mere minutes later, Scarborough accused former Republican congressman Chris Cox of "lying," in his role as NRA spokesman. Just one problen, as Scarborough had to admit later in the show: he had the wrong Chris Cox.

They have not stopped talking about the failed gun bill and not even covered TX which is by far worse than Boston but then again TX is a southern republican state and this happened in a small town where as their gun bill looks dead now, they can’t accept that time has gone by and people don;t care about their anti gun agenda anymore.

Joe is becoming a joke. While all the Cable New Channels and the Network Morning shows were featuring the Texas Explosion mixed with updates on the Boston Investigation, Joe, Mika and Sharpton were predictably lamenting the loss of Gun Control Legislation that wouldn’t have accomplished a thing.
I listened to Joe’s tirade this morning.... he was way over the top. It was all about politics and Obama lost and he was livid. Background checks won’t do a thing and they know it, expect cause honest Americans more red tape.
Criminals don’t register guns.... ding dongs.
and I love the stat they use that Americans overwhelmingly want background checks.... but they don’t give any details on those checks.
It’s like a poll asking the American people if they like food.
Scarborough is playing for the WRONG team. When this whole Boston terror plot/Saudi connection is revealed and the Benghazi whistleblowers come forward, 0’s credibility with Democrats who think is a traditional Democrat will be toast.

MSNBC probably didn’t cover the TX explosion because there wasn’t a way to blame it on Texas gun owners or the NRA.
