Thanks. It would seem that the Post should have known they were cleared, but did not (if they were). If the guy is the one, why would he have had his pic taken?

I don’t know we know for sure that they are (or should be) cleared. The guy could be a legitimate Morrocan student and distance runner and still be a bomber. But at least it appears LEO knows who they are and are talking to them.
