This is the spot where the first bomb was planted. I believe this is 1.5 hrs. before explosion. Notice man bending over and man next to him with big hat and heavy down jacket. Asian woman is possibly one of 3 fatalities, not sure. The other pair (one in electric blue) are at bottom center of photo at this point, with one apparently no longer with backpack on his back.
I’m talking about his partner who walked with him throughout the event. You can also see them both in the above, at bottom of photo, still together. Walking towards other bomb location at this point.

Notice the guy you have circled is looking at white hat guy. Also, white hat guy now has glasses on cap after possible loosing backpack.
two of the guys featured on the pics provided earlier are in your pic, about center, about one inch from the bottom....you can see the guy in the blue shirt and the guy with the white hat and dark top to his left....
In another pic, with pack on, glasses were not on his hat. My thoughts are that he removed glasses to bend over rail for fear of dropping them off his hat?

Hannity is more or less confirming that it is the white hat and blue shirt guys.
Bill Hemmer on Fox news just confirmed that the two men in post # 515 are indeed the suspects that FBI is looking for. He described white hat and clothing!
Bill Hemmer and Hannity talking about the photos of the persons of interest. Hemmer has seen the photos. POI #1 has dark/black clothing, white cap, backpack. POI #2 wearing some kind of blue track suit, no hat or cap and has a large bag.
Sounds like the ones in many of the photos we've been looking at here.

I think you’re on to something. Scott Pelley of CBS broke into afternoon programming with the Lord and Taylor video, stop action, and detailed analysis. On the evening news, the story and video had dropped down the memory hole.
The announcement was to come at 2, then 3, then maybe 5, but Dear Leader poached the time slot with his appearance with Gabby and the Newtown parents to bemoan the loss of the gun control bill in the Senate. It sounds like the political shop is micromanaging the messages. Never let a crisis go to waste.
