Which representative from the United States was in attendance to honor the life of Ms. Thatcher?

I know that there was a congressional rep, in Michelle Bachman.

However, the executive branch of the government decided it was more important to send their reps (including "Plugs," I believe) to the funeral of an avowed enemy of the USA, Hugo Chavez.

It's embarrassing, thought it's typical of the current regime, which simply refuses to be embarrassed.
