The pack with the guy with the pack over his arm does not look very heavy, but the guy with glasses and the white hat has a definite load in his pack, the straps are pressing in his shoulders quite a bit.

Likewise, if I saw a guy with TWO backpacks walking and he took one off and laid it on the sidewalk and kept walking, I would remember that too.........

The bombing was at about race time 4:05.
Would the bombers really stand around for an hour and a half? Wouldn’t it be more likely the bombers would come in just few minutes beforehand, leave their bombs and get away?

I hadn’t heard him specify a bag color... what struck me mostly was the “backpack and bag” comment.
