Seems to me a clear violation of the First Amendment.
So in Cal. it is legal for a male to have therapy and/or surgery to become a female, but it is not ok for a male to have therapy to be a male. That makes zero sense; not that I except anything but political expediency from the ruling class nowadays.

I has gotten to the point in this country that if any argument or debate point uses the US Constitution as its starting point you have lost before you even started.
The left has been completely successful in rendering this document as simply a historical curiosity with no force of law behind it.
Even the USSC has corrupted their own responsibility from what was to “determine if laws/regulations/EOs of Congress or the Executive branch were ALLOWED by the Constitution” to “Interpreting the Constitution” as if it were written in Vulcan and we were not sure what the hell it means.
When the laws of the country are dictated by mostly 5-4 decisions of 9 alleged most brilliant legal minds in the country, you know you are in trouble and these Black Robed political hacks are simply ultra good politicians who found a job from which they cannot be fired. It is by far the worse run branch of government and that is saying a lot.
Even when the 5-4 decisions align with my way of thinking I know for a fact we are one political hack appointment away from turning this upside down. The 9 members of the USSC do not ALL use the Constitution in their decision process.
