That will indeed further loss of freedom, and i have 2 friends that are were and are (unless they arrested them) handing out gospel tracts at the Marathon, calling souls to repentance and faith. And Bostonians are among the least open to the gospel, and among the most antagonistic towards it, and can easily use them as the recipient of their anger ( not Islam) over this tragedy.
