Having practically banned the construction of new coal plants, Environmental Protection Agency regulators may try to cap emissions from existing coal plants, according to the acting head of the agency. [T]hats certainly something that will be on the table in this next fiscal year, acting EPA administrator Bob Perciasepe told reporters last week, per Midwest Energy News, after saying that the EPA intends to start working with states on existing sources, but were not there yet. The EPA has already finalized New Source Performance standards, a regulation limits the how much carbon

The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Any coal miner or any other person associated with the coal industry who voted for Obama is insane. He said he was going to shut down the coal industry and that is exactly what he is doing.
Destroying the US from within.
The EPA, which I think was created under Nixon, has turned into a job destroying, economy busting cancer. The pathway to Hell is paved with good intentions. Anything that can be taken over by liberals and used to destroy America will be taken and used. Can we not get rid of this beast?
“Acting EPA boss: We might go after existing coal plants in 2014” Because we realize we may only have three years left to completely F*** up this country and destroy it’s infrastructure.
There ain’t no might about it. They will. But that is what the parasites and self hating Whites voted for.
More appeasement of the rich elite white Al Gore unabomber wing. Everyone else likes electric lights.
Stalin burned the peasants fields. Obama doesn't let the peasants burn anything. Same result.
This isn't quite accurate. EPA has proposed, but has not yet finalized, the NSPS at issue here.
Pull the plug on the EPA. Stomp on it. Squish it. Bury what’s left and cover it with lime.
I ceased to believe there were good intentions about 40 years ago. Their intent is subjugation and nothing less.
ANYONE THAT VOTED FOR OBAMA IS VOTING FOR EVIL... WHETHER THEY KNOW IT OR NOT... AND THEY THEREBY COMITTED AN ACT OF EVIL.
Isn’t this the sort of thing that the left-wing Brits LOATHED Thatcher for? But liberals here will bend over, I guess.
“I ceased to believe there were good intentions about 40 years ago. Their intent is subjugation and nothing less. “
Nixon gave us the EPA. I suspect it was sold with the best of intentions. But, like almost every position of power, it got subverted by the liberal agenda, which is subjugation. It needs to go, but I can’t see any path to get rid of it. Nor have I heard even a threat from the House on defunding. Yet the EPA has done more damage to this country and jobs than anything I can think of.
Or they hate their dirty, dangerous jobs and bought into Obama's implicit promise that when the industry was shut down, they would be financially taken care of by government.
Oh don’t worry they can re train for Green Jobs—more like Solyent green.
I loathe BHO and his regime and anyone who voted for the jerk.
An agency that did serve a purpose long ago has now become tyranical and must be killed! The EPA serves only to kill and hamstring America!
That shock to our energy supply should do wonders for the economic recovery that is now almost four years old.
Subverted, hell. William Ruckelshaus, the very first EPA Administrator, got DDT banned, resulting in the deaths of millions of people from malaria. The EPA has been a disaster from its inception.
That is true. I cannot help but think about West Virginia, a large coal mining state, in particular. That state consistently votes in liberals in the Congress; it's as though they have no idea about what they are doing...hmmm, I guess that's it.
