Radio host charges Cuomo/DHS conspiracy against gun owners
Examiner ^ | 4/13/13 | David Codrea

Posted on 04/13/2013 10:51:43 PM PDT by Nachum

Claiming information from multiple sources that ought to require the resignations of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and State Police Superintendent Joe D’Amico, WBEN Buffalo radio host Tom Bauerle yesterday told listeners he’s had it confirmed that New York State Police are lying when they say they made a mistake when they confiscated an Erie County resident’s guns. Instead, Bauerle charges, there is a high-level conspiracy to violate the Fourth Amendment rights of New Yorkers that reaches up to the Obama administration’s Department of Homeland Security.

The claim by the Erie County Clerk that New York State Police had simply provided “bad information” resulting in permit revocation and the confiscation of Amherst resident David Lewis’ guns is not true, Bauerle insists. “I’ve had it confirmed; the New York State Police are lying about him not being the guy they wanted.”

Serious if the evidence behind the allegations is true. If true, this is the kind of stuff that starts revolutions.

Still NOT good enough, there should be PRISON for crap like this.

If WE were to do something like this, the ‘judicial system’ would be being us over the barrel for the longest term possible. But, when one of their own is caught....termination of employment??

How about revoking their pensions? Jail? ANYTHING more than a slap on the wrist!!

Several months ago I received an apparently anonymous survey from Medicare that I promptly tossed because I just generally don't like to fill out questionaires. Then, SURPRISE, about a month and a half ago, I received a follow-up with the same survey, so I opened it to see what it was all about. I'd not received anything like it in the five year I've been on Medicare.

Cutting to the chase, I opened it this time. The form, that had electronic pixel coding on it like an airline ticket, was in two parts. The first was a fairly mundane-appearing customer satisfaction survey about my relationship with my primary physician and how he ran his practice. The second part, however, was really disturbing in that it asked for just about all the details of my personal medical history. What really got to me was the form did not request my name, address, or Social Security number. IOW it was designed to look like an innocuous, anonomyous form when it was the very opposite, as clearly shown by the electronic coding and the fact that they sent me a follow-up when I'd not returned the first form.

In light of this article, the other thing that really disturbs me now is I am a TN CCW holder, have been since 1995, and I purchased a .22 MP rifle in the last few months in a legally registered sale. Could all of this be related and why is Social Security trying, on an allegedly "random" basis, to learn all of this highly confidential, personal medical information with the fraudulent representation that it is not personally traceable and identifiable to the survey's responodents?

Cuomo has sucked at every job he has had...why he was ever head of HUD still baffles me (other than political appointment).

He is a loser with a girlfriend who cannot even boil water....

Since I believe in keeping a low profile, I just circular filed the follow-u,p along with the first. After all, I’m just a forgetful oldster and, anyway, the PO often misdelivers mail.

Where is the Gov??? Where are the state legislators???

Is there anyone in MO with the stones to to teach these knuckleheads a new word???

Where is the Governor?

Missouri Governor Nixon (D) has repeatedly claimed he had no knowledge of the 3 times Missouri Laws have been broken. A female reporter for KY3 TV has ask pointed questions of the governor that he had problems answering. If there is a tape of this perhaps it is on the web site of KY3 TV, Springfield, Missouri. It is rumored that the governor changed his schedule for this week end.

Where are the state legislature?

Both the Missouri House & Senate are controlled by republicans, to the extent that they can over ride a governor's veto. The Missouri Senate has a committee that has been conducting hearings, they will continue next week.

Is there anyone in MO with the stones?

So far it is two newspapers, one female TV reporter and local talk radio stations that have covering the blatant mishandling of these protected state records.

The current Director of the Missouri Department of Revenue and the head of the Missouri Highway Patrol will likely be the fall persons for this crime. Under Missouri Law it is only a misdemeanor, not a felony to release these records and set up a system to forward this data to a third party in the future. Hopefully the Missouri legislators will not pull a John Boehner and fold!

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security website lists Missouri among several states that have submitted real ID "package and status updates."

The Missouri state Legislature passed a law in 2009 to block Real ID releases of information about its citizens.

Stay turned in this battle in a flyover state is not over by a long shot.

I think it is time for the GOP to stop whining about how things (could) be and begin to change those things.

I am serious.

The GOP has moved production for a LOT of things, to China. So much that China now out-exports the USA.

I say stop that. Change the import/export set-ups to encourage American production, and bring back American production now.

We have a serious threat on our hands. China has roughly four times our population.

We need to turn around and bring production back home.

Now.

Also of concern:

NYPD Equips Officers With Crime-Fighting Android App

http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2417704,00.asp

Among other things, the app allows officers to determine whether “registered gun owners” are at a given residence and determines whether video surveillance cameras are present at said address.
