Working Up to Auschwitz

A demon has been revealed in twenty-first-century Philadelphia, and the three broadcast networks have been enforcing a policy of silence about the discovery. So have most major newspapers.

One reason may be that the trial of late-term abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell for multiple counts of murder is about an African-American killing mainly African-American babies -- and so the common sense among liberals, or, as a friend of mine would say, the "coven-sense," is that such a story disparages that community. This is something newspapers are loath to do. In much the same manner that they cannot dwell upon the causes of hand gun violence in inner city black communities. Or perhaps they view these killings as prophylactic: one cure for out-of-wedlock births.

But perhaps an even more telling reason for ignoring the Gosnell story is that among the terrible details is revealed the fact that many, many babies being aborted late-term survive the process -- not just a tiny few, as pro-abortionists keep insisting. And so these innocent little souls have to be murdered.

In Dr. Gosnell's clinic, typically by cutting their heads off. In one instance, a child arrived on the table with its eyes and jaw torn off by Gosnell's forceps. While this helpless, sinless, creature lay writhing on the table, screaming, Dr. Gosnell gestured impatiently at an assistant -- do something about that.

How many children were so murdered? I believe that Gosnell's charged with seven counts, but testimony indicates there may have been a hundred -- maybe more, maybe a lot more. And so the liberal press, ever supportive of a woman's right to "choose," just can't have that known.

Then, too, let us remember that in the Illinois state legislature Barack Obama consistently voted against allowing these children any protection. That governors, like Cuomo in...

He’s got the press on his side, which means the people in power are yet on his side.

I sometimes wonder how much wrath the people on Capitol Hill want to come down on this land . . .

They and we shall reap the whirlwind. They for they acts committed and we for acts omitted. My heart is heavy with the dread of what is to come.

Yes part of this cover up is to protect Coumo who has been pushing hard for partial birth in NY. He’s the next golden boy for the dems and needs cover now. O’Reilly who I believe is unfairly maligned on this forum has pushed that angle.

They don’t want abortion to mean ‘baby’ and keep having people believe it’s ‘tissue.’

Wow. I got up this morning and #Gosnell is still top trending tag on twitter. Looks like our foreign conservatives are now carrying the banner with tweets from Ireland, Canada, France, etc.

I think it's actually more a case of "working as intended". The pro-abortion left makes sure the abortion mills are placed carefully around "that community" ...

Something’s not gonna happen quickly, in this case. It would expose way too much of reality of the Abortion Factory Industry of PP and the murderous leftists. Down a rabbit hole it goes, with Benghazi, PETA etc.

The most insidious power the news media has, is the power to ignore.

The way the media has been ignoring this story reminds me of this: Buchenwald

It wasn't just that the people from the town of Weimar near Buchenwald "didn't know" what was going on, IMHO, a good number most likely refused to acknowledge what was going on.
Suspending the notion that our "media" are actually bloodthirsy types who salivate sickeningly at the actions in the clinic, I view them much in the same way as those townsfolk of Weimar. And, unfortunately, I suspect the only way to change that is to force them to face the horror they condone via willful inaction.

Top item trending on Twitter yesterday was #gosnell. The media hacks have been getting beaten to death by thousands of Twitter users. It has been a joy reading them floundering for excuses while ordinary Americans flame broil them with ridicule.

They used to love Twitter, but it also can’t shelter them from people who are outside their little covens.

report here

Opening paragraph reads

This case is about a doctor who killed babies and endangered women. What we mean is that he regularly and illegally delivered live, viable, babies in the third trimester of pregnancy – and then murdered these newborns by severing their spinal cords with scissors. The medical practice by which he carried out this business was a filthy fraud in which he overdosed his patients with dangerous drugs, spread venereal disease among them with infected instruments, perforated their wombs and bowels – and, on at least two occasions, caused their deaths. Over the years, many people came to know that something was going on here. But no one put a stop to it.

Maybe Operation Rescue was right. Maybe the fact that we Christians are going to reap the whirlwind is that we should have been way more proactive and militant to stop this holocaust.

What should the citizens of Weimar have done to stop what was going on at Buchenwald?

Whatever we think they should have done, is that what we, as conservative Christians, should have done and should be doing?

There is SATANIC evil in this country. Prayer, voting and donating to pro life organizations has not done a lot. Are we partly responsible for these things because we have not been willing to go to war to protect these millions of dead?

I’m just trying to think through all this. When we started giving power of life and death over to a small oligarchy of men (Supreme Court) who could ignore God’s laws and unleash this evil, and we didn’t fight it - are we partly reponsible? If the people of the towns of Germany and Poland did not fight the Nazis, but yet they are partly responsible - then I think that makes all of us partly responsible too.

Now because we were too fearful to fight hard against murder of babies, we are having horrible perversion of homosexuality unleashed on us, our economy is broken and we may be on the brink of war.

I don’t know but I agree - we are going to reap the whirlwind.

Excellent post, and I believe you are right on the money. Jesus said he would ‘vomit the lukewarm out of his mouth’. The left is certainly ‘cold’, but the right appears tobe merely ‘lukewarm’...
