The mere fact that they need to list so many guns that are “acceptable” or "not acceptable” is reason enough to show how ridiculous it is. It could also put you at odds with the law if you modify a weapon so that it no longer conforms to whatever whim they happen to believe is scary or dangerous.

Not only does it violate the 2nd amendment, it's arbitrary regulation of lawfully manufactured products that we have the right to own for self-protection.

Correct.

The is the 2nd Amendment of The Bill of Right, which requires a Constitutional Convention, to change it. It cannot be done by simple statute. TGO has been railing about this for weeks, but 0scumbag^Co will ignore it.

SCOTUS should rule on that law, but it’s going to be another 0scumbag DeathCare move, and we’re going to come completely unraveled and unhinged as a Republic.

They have no idea of what’s coming. I think we do...

We need a million man gun owners march on D.C.

Any law agaist carrying one of those blue rifles around?

“The mere fact that they need to list so many guns that are “acceptable””

I noticed that there are many bolt rifles and pump shotguns not on the “automatically OK” list.

My dad’s health went terribly wrong, starting in 2008 with the election of 0bama. He didn’t survive the daily barrage of the regime’s morally bankrupt and Unconstitutional antics, and.. In a way I’m glad he didn’t. The suffering was too great. All the hard work he did during the Cuban Missile crisis.. All the Space program stuff.. All the intelligence stuff.. Only to have someone take office who subverts and sabotages this great nation at every turn.

I'm sorry to hear that. I know in the last election, when Fox called it for the Obummer, my mother, 74, ran to the bathroom to throw up. Me, I had that long, 1000 yard, South Park Stare wondering "how in the He**" did we lose. I know now but then, it was stunner.

There are enough lamp posts in Washington DC to hang them all, I think.

We can "hot bunk" them if need be. B-P

I said “Females cried, America died”, because when females cry over the loss of 20 little kids at Newtown, the rights of 300 million Americans gets eviscerated.

I often wonder if they would feel better if someone ran over those kids with a Chevy Blazer? How about aborted? BTW, to those that understand that it was not the firearm that killed their kids but someone evil or someone crying out for help who did the deed, my sincerest sympathy and condolences are out to them. To the others that are willingly being pimped by the Regime to get more gun control, I have no sympathy for their loss, except to the kids themselves. It is because our rights are not negotiatable and why should all suffer for what one person did?

We need to close the police loophole. They get to carry banned weapons and don’t seem to be checked for mental competency.

I always said that if there is a ban, then it should extend to the police, military, Secret Service, etc. The police/military will not be able to use their M16's or CAR-15's and will have to use an "approved" firearm. What is good for us is good for them.
