Nicolas Guaman's "unique cultural background" and language barrier means that he doesn't understand the court process. The court also said that he lacks the ability to consult with his attorney properly.

Doh! Exactly why all illegal aliens should be deported. They are not and never will be Americans. Most are too stupid to understand that you just can't kill people in this country without there being consequences.
