Florida needs an “Express Lane” like Texas. Hell, every state does. These folks - self confessed torturers and murders - should, after sentencing, be marched from the court room straight to the bus that will take them to execution facility and executed the same day. They confessed - no appeals needed.
But someone will claim that they’re retarded or something. As if that is an excuse.
