IMHO, if the N Koreans so much as launch a bottle rocket, Obama will use it as justification to expend as many strategic weapons as he can in a war of attrition, similar to how he ensured so many cruise missiles were launched into Libya.
The only problem is that he is attriting our forces and nobody others.
