It will occur but they probably now have the votes to break it.
Then the fun begins and they will try and amend this Toomey bill to ban all kinds of weapons or put restrictions on ammo. Obama will pop up on TV demanding the restrictions. Relatives of dead kids will be paraded on the Sunday propaganda shows. Just watch them. Feinnstein won’t give up her dream.
Toomey is an idiot for agreeing to bring any gun bill to the floor when they know what the Dems are going to try and do to it.

The second amendment is what keeps the government somewhat in check. And boy do a lot of them hate that.

On one hand, I'm happy my two senators, Crapo and Risch, have joined Sen. Paul in the filibuster effort. But on the other, I'm dang near livid the rest haven't signed on. I understand Insane McCain and Limp-Wristed Lindsey not helping, but the rest need to be thrown out on their a**es next time they're up for election, by competent primary opponents.
