As politicians stampede toward Universal Background Checks like lemmings, no one seems to see the cliff ahead.
What, exactly, is the Government going to check? Criminal and mental health records are often mentioned. You may think of felons and psychotics. The Government may think otherwise.
Suppose your “criminal” check includes showing a threat of criminal behavior? Janet Napolitano, the Big Sis of Homeland Security, released a list of potential domestic terrorists that included returning military veterans and evangelical Christians.
Suppose your “mental health” check includes a sign of mental instability? Andrew Cuomo in New York has instructed mental health workers to provide the state with the names of everyone who has taken “anti-anxiety” medication, so their gun permits could be revoked and their weapons confiscated.
The Government can issue regulations that define what background they will check.
If you have been foolish enough to have served in the military, or had faith in Jesus Christ, or take mild medication for situational anxiety – or been photographed at a Tea Party meeting, or registered as a Republican, or whatever they don’t like – you may not buy a gun.
The next question will be whether you – identified now as a threat to society – should be allowed to keep the guns you have. Surely owned guns are as dangerous as new guns.
Call your Member of Congress before they vote.
The entire Homeland Security police state and spying apparatus created by Bush after 9/11 was never about Al Qaeda, who Uncle Scam is now arming and financing to kill Christians in Syria. No, it was always intended to go after returning military veterans, evangelical Christians or anyone else who opposes the Globalist Bankster's One World Government.
Good points. The big government stooges always use these ambiguous terms and then, to quote Nancy Pelousy, “you have to pass the bill to find out what’s in it.”
Everybody wanted “free” healthcare from the government but what we got was ZeroCare!
With our duplicitous “representatives” in Congress, you always have to parse what they say down to each breath they take while saying it.

Background checks mean:
more info the feds have on YOU;
more federal workers, i.e., fed union thugs, to employ;
more tax money spent to ensure that you do meet or exceed the definitions as listed in that first brochure from Missouri, and thereby, are refused.
They are developing a blueprint for that.
