Eric 'Himmler' Holder is trying to deport a German family granted political asylum in Tennessee due to being persecuted for homeschooling their family back in Germany.
The appeal will be heard on April 23, 2013 at the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. More details on the case here

I have just recently started paying attention to this story. It boggles my mind that the administration will do everything within its power (and things not within its power) to protect Mexicans but has turned its back on this family. If they were muslims or Mexican, it would be a different story. Sickening. I really, really hate this government. I won’t even say “my” government, because they are not.
Of course. They just happen to be the “wrong” sort of immigrants i.e European. Plus they hate homeschooling. The Department of Injustice just could not help themselves here.

Here are people who havea real reason for seeking asylum and Holder wnats to ship them back while everything is done to Keep Obama’s Aunt and his drunken Uncle here on welfare.
They should cook up a birf certificate that shows they are somehow related to The One. His relatives do not get deported from America.

This family has come to America after being genuinely persecuted.
They should contact Rubio. He’s very big on getting his name on amnesty.
It is very clear that this administration HATES Christians. They want the Christian churches gone...or at least under the thumb of the government.
These people are too independent to be allowed to stay.

That's the feast of St. George, a Roman officer who was a Christian, and a fearless martyr. He was a favorite of Emperor Diocletian, but called the Emperor out for his persecution of Christians and refused to back down. His martyrdom was 1710 years ago this year, in 303 A.D. He is the patron of scouts, soldiers, more than a dozen countries, and countless European cities.
For whatever reason, St. George's feast day has come up more than once in cases of German home-school persecution. In early 2007, a 15-year-old girl from another large German family, Melissa Busekros, was kidnapped by police from her home and put in a state psychiatric hospital, and then removed from her parents' custody and put in a foster home—because her parents were Christian home-schoolers.
The German law against home-schooling has been on the books since it was passed under Hitler in 1938. The European and UN declarations on human rights from the 1950s explicitly say that parents have the right to determine the education of their children. (That model had worked pretty well for Beethoven and Mozart.) But today's Germany seems to prefer Hitler's model.
On midnight of April 23, 2007, Melissa Busekros's 16th birthday, she walked out of the foster home and trekked for several hours until she was back at her parents' house. At 16, under German law, she now had the right to decide where she lived. As far as I can tell, the storm-nannies didn't bother her family after that. Let's home for some whoop-@** on Holder this coming April 23.

If they had already been granted poltical asylum, how can they be deported?
Because Eric “Himmler” Holder appealed the decision and they ruled in his favor so now that deportation order is being challenged.
Is anyone else having trouble signing in to Whitehouse.gov? It appears they are making it very difficult. They give you a pw that won’t work. Then, you have to cut and paste web site into browser. It still doesn’t work.
