I use Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) to fertilize my garden & flowers. It’s a lot cheaper than than Miracle gro and whatnot.

I find myself using vinegar, ammonia, baking soda and bleach for house cleaning (not together, of course)- beats the cost of the big name brand cleaners.

I depend strictly on bacon for all my nutritional needs. Whether or not it works, I don’t know. But I like it. Bacon. It’s not just for breakfast anymore. (For the folks who are allergic, my deepest sympathies.)

One problem with magnesium is absorption. Because it tends to "race through" a person, taking it orally takes a long time to influence blood levels. Many people swear by the use of "magnesium oil" on their skin. I found that to be messy and irritating.

Angstrom minerals have a particle size small enough to enter the blood stream directly, thus bypassing digestion and the digestion ills that mag can produce. This stuff is costly, but magical. Hubby and I take a TBL twice a day (you have to put it in juice or something - it tastes awful) I personally use a swig of chocolate coconut milk.

I believe ( if it hasn't been discovered already but not mentioned because cancer is a big money maker) that low magnesium is also the cause of most cancers.

An almond (major magnesium food) or two a day, and you'll never have to fear cancer. They knew this back in the 1930's. Like aspirin, almonds can't be patented though. There's no money to be made by the disclosure.

Magnesium needs potassium. They work together.

(Mix almonds and bananas, and you've got it made.)

Sounds like it’s easy to get enough if you eat nuts, lots of dark green vegetables and whole bran...

but hard to get enough if you don’t!

Maybe supplements are a good idea.

I have a problem with Raynauds Syndrome. Where I lose circulation in my fingers when it gets cold out.

My Chiropractor, who also does homeopathic medicines, told me to take more Magnesium.

This article just makes sense to me. If Magnesium helps the heart, it would help circulation. And visa versa.

Time to double down on the Mag. I guess Doc was right.

NOW I read some common sense! The only thing better than bacon , is bacon wrapped around bacon.
