New questions confronted the University of Colorado, Denver on Friday amid disclosures that a psychiatrist who treated theater shooting suspect James Holmes had warned campus police a month before the deadly assault that Holmes was dangerous and had homicidal thoughts.

This was known within several days of this mass murder in Colorado...
The law suits against the state government of Colorado should be epic...
And their ‘solution’ will be to grow their unaccountable bureaucracy with even more taxpayer money. Because they care.. and the brain dead will roll right over.
This guy was being treated by a gubmint psych, being given psychotrophic drugs and was being hypnotized and brainwashed to do what he did by this obammy gubmint.

A campus police officer?? She should have reported it to LE. I think she's lying like crazy. They are required to report something like this.
Wait a minute here...A head psychiatrist on a major university campus call the university cops and tells them of these threats and intimidation and nothing is done?
Days later the same guy blows away a dozen people and injures dozens of others?
It begs the question:
If the University is paying hundreds of thousands for a psychiatry department and having top end psychiatrist on site ...What is the point if nothing is done or followed up?
Silence follows....
If they have sworn law enforcement officers hired by that college...that is the LE agency she reports to...its their jurisdiction. If she goes to another LE agency... they will tell her to report to the campus police.
She went to the correct law enforcement agency

I still think she’s lying through her teeth...and that she only mentioned Holmes casually.
Possibly.... universities are famous for trying to cover things up.
The point is, it makes people "feel" good. That IS it in a nutshell.
So the government screwed up and passed a bunch of laws taking our freedom to cover up their screw up?
Bingo and this will just be part of the basis for the epic lawsuit against the State of Colorado.
The victims and their families will go after them with vengeance...
