According to the solicitation (HSFLAR-13-Q-00019), DHS is ordering ammunition in .45 long Colts, .45 ACP, .22LR, 30-30, 12 gauge shotgun shells, 410 gauge shotgun shells, .357, and 7.69x39mm. That’s quite a spread for DHS.

Or How about, “Let’s buy ammunition for the large variety of firearms we’ll be seizing from American citizens.”

Small quantities can also be used for lab testing purposes. The FBI keeps a library of all known ammunition sold in the US for comparison purposes. A bullet fragment from a crime scene or dead body can be traced to a manufacturer by chemical analysis.

I’m sorry, but this is bullsh*t.

If you, as a patriot, can’t figure out where to get tons of free government ammo, you’re not paying attention.

Right.

But keeping quiet does not protect you because the ultimate end of all of this monitoring will be to monitor what you read.

Like reading Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh will put bad marks by your name.

Reading the daily kos will put a gold star beside your name.

Imagine the stacks and stacks of ammo stored in nice clean warehouses. What would happen if American Citizens got their hands on such a stash, instead of Marxist Traitors?

A special order manufacture at enormous cost based on some dimwit making a typo.

You make a very good point! And perhaps even more telling is it only being 90,000 rounds.

HAHA, not in Russia or Balkan states. We are being flooded with steel casings in many calibers. Hey, if ya pull the trigger and they go bang, why not.

Anyone who has ever posted a pro 2A pic on Facebook has marked themselves. Every political comment tracked and yes every link you follow from google will tell them what you read. Facebook has done what no FBI could have ever done. The technology required to keep a dossier on everyone was invented by private industry and is now used by the government.

They are fishing by creating FUD and at the same time taking ammunition away from Americans and driving up prices.

Absolutely. It’s 9x18 9mm ammo, and is all over, but pricey.

It certainly would be costly, if the vendor/manufacturer followed through with it.

I would be interested in knowing what .45 Colt ammo they are purchasing.

The so called cowboy load is relatively mild. Shooting it is easier than shooting .38’s.

But if you go to Cor-Bon or Buffalo Bore for their high powered loads, you get ammo that will stop a bear or moose.

What gr. and FPS they are purchasing will tell you a lot.

There can now be no doubt that they are contracting for ammo that they have no intent of actually purchasing, much less using.

The only logical explanation for this is that they are planning an assault on the American people, and since they can't get their guns, they'll just make sure they have no ammo for those guns.

The way it will go down is this; they will defund the EBT cards in one big city at a time. As soon as a first of the month comes around with no money, Eric Holders people will riot. As soon as the riots start the martial law starts. Once they have one city emptied, they will start on the next.

You'll know it's all going down when Ubama hits that Internet "off" switch.

I have a 9mm Makarov and ammo is routinely found at Cabellas.
