budget responsibly - By not having a budget but print more money and raise taxes.
saving for college - Why? A college education should be free for everyone.
starting a business - You gotta be kidding. We don't want any more stinking capitalists, especially not successful ones.
opening a retirement account - So that the government can confiscate it and portion it out to someone more deserving.

If it sounds so bizarre that it isn’t even funny as satire, it is the truth, that is how you have to look at things now.
It is not possible to do satire when reality is this ridiculous. We have a vice president telling people to fire a shotgun through their front door, that is reality, how can you satirize something so insane?
