China has placed military forces on heightened alert in the northeastern part of the country as tensions mount on the Korean peninsula following recent threats by Pyongyang to attack, U.S. officials said.

Reports from the region reveal the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) recently increased its military posture in response to the heightened tensions, specifically North Korea's declaration of a "state of war" and threats to conduct missile attacks against the United States and South Korea.

From what I hear the people in SK think Obama is hanging them out to dry, and they are mad.

Yet another relationship Obama is destroying.

Just drop a crate of MRE’s on the highest mountain in the region, and all the norks will be climbing for their life. Won’t have time for war nonsense for at least a month.

I’m noticing headlines are starting to look eerily like headlines just before Hitler bombed Poland on Sept 1st, 1939.

I thought Hitler bombed Pearl Harbor.

Seems like they’re getting ready to move on both North Korea and the Middle East. A reliable source confirms strange military flights related to the Middle East.

I don’t trust this foreign enemy combatant in the White House AT ALL. He fights for the wrong side, so I expect nothing but bad for the US in any effort he is involved with. If he’s community-organizing trouble with the communists and Islamists (with whom he’s been allied his whole life long) then it’s because he knows they will wipe us out and making it appear as “war” gives an excuse for our military to be “accidentally” wiped out.

Sort of like Benghazi.

I watched “Black Hawk Down” last week, and the thought of a similar situation in which we had the capability of scattering the enemy forces through the use of armed drones too high to be shot out of the sky - very accurately because the exact coordinates of the people shooting at our guys were transmitted and targets “painted” - resulted in American deaths because nobody would allow us to defend our own people from an unprovoked attack.... disgusts me. This is supposedly an allied government, a government WE PUT IN PLACE through the use of armed drones, and yet when we’re attacked nobody would defend our guys even though it would have been a piece of cake to do so.

After that, I see no reason to trust ANYBODY in this regime, with ANYTHING. If they are beating the war drums, it is so they can off some more of our soldiers under cover of “war”. Or maybe start the Armageddon that Ahmadinejad seems more and more confident will happen within the next year or so. That’s all.

Ask this question:

Is the status quo on the Korean Peninsula sustainable for now?

When the answer becomes “no” decide if it is better to make the first move or wait.

Deploy your assets accordingly.

Any enemy of the USA is likely plotting against us as we type. Not since Carter have we been so vulnerable to those who wish us harm.

Why destroy SK, when China can come in and make a deal with SK, promising them they will take care of their “North Korea Problem.”

And then South Korea joins the Chinese sphere of influence in Asia.

China could watch and protect the Norks as they ravish the south and Japan. Then China invades the North—stops the war after North Korea takes out rivals Japan and South Korea—woe to those who own Korean Cars. A few weeks of war could well see a place within China new empire—her people will eat at least—China wants healthy slaves.

“Should’ve taken Douglas McArthur’s advise.”

Patton had similar advice about Russia. We are a paper tiger now and the world pretty much knows it. The only way to fix that would be stomp the crap out of some country and leave. The worst thing we’ve done is stay in Iraq and Afghanistan all this time with nothing to show for it. Unfortunately, our own people can’t stomach something like that anymore anyway. Give it 50 years, and we might as well fly a chinese flag here cause if they have not beaten us militarily, they will have financially anyway.
