I guess these medical students are all aware that under socialized medicine (ObamaCare) they will make 42% less than they would if we didn’t get ObamaCare. I am reading a book that Ayn Rand wrote in the 1960s! The students then were like the students now, they do not believe in freedom of speech. You should all read ALL of her books.
If John Hopkins is like Columbia and other training grounds for the healthcare industry, they could be sex positive proponents.
Columbia gives us goaskalice.columbia.edu/ which (at least at one time) offered non-judgmental advice on human-animal sex (risks, disease, etc.).

Deliver the speech on You tube. It will reach many more than the few thousand graduates will, and if preceded by a preface explaining that this cannot be uttered on a modern campus, will be all the more powerful
