Egyptian cleric says American aid is a mandatory tax
A prominent Egyptian cleric said U.S. aid to Egypt is a mandatory tribute that America must pay to honor the Muslim Brotherhood and the Egyptian revolution.
This taxpayer aid constitutes a poll tax that America must pay to placate the Muslim Brotherhood, according to Khaled Said, a cleric who serves as the official spokesman for the countrys Salafi Front, an extremist political party that has called for Islamic law in Egypt.

That payment to MadMo’s sucessors is Not ‘tribute’, it a much more modern financial instrument.
Technically, it is known as an annuity.
Specifically, it is a “gibsmedat”.
In actuaality, it is a payment made mostly to American minority groups of Urban Ferals living in ghettos in Big Sh*ties.
‘Foreign Aid’ can thus be seen as a “gibsmedat’” for Muslims.
Now, feel all better?
The reality is that the Barbary Wars were never resolved.
Islam is at odds with everything non-Islam; Islam has been at war with the rest of the world since Biblical times.
I firmly believe 'war' is the wrong terminology; we must first resolve that Islam is not a religion, but a culture diametrically opposed to any culture opposite it.
Until that happens, there is no 'war' as we 'politically-correct' ourselves with the delusion of a 'peaceful islam' among us.
All we are perpetuating is infiltration, no different than the illegal alien conflict.
There can be no 'war' until we declare an enemy; the enemy is amongst us and infiltrated at the highest levels of government and all levels of society, bringing with it its laws conflicting with our own.
It could be argued logically that 'we are lost', save for the future declaration and/sequel-to the resolution aforementioned...
