UPDATED:09:42 EST, 28 March 2013Thousands of armed vigilantes have taken over a town in Mexico and arrested police officers after their 'commander' was killed and dumped in the street.
The self described 'community police' and arrested 12 officers and the town's former director of public security, who they accuse of taking part in the killing of Guadalupe Quinones Carbajal, 28, on behalf of a local organised crime group.

As long as they stay busy down there they won’t be as likely to come here.
"We have Nicaragua, soon we will have El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Mexico. One day, tomorrow or five years or fifteen years from now, we're going to take 5 to 10 million Mexicans and they are going into Dallas, into El Paso, into Houston, into New Mexico, into San Diego, and each one will have embedded in his mind the idea of killing ten Americans."
--Thomas Borge, Nicaragua Interior Minister, as quoted in the Washington Times, March 27, 1985
The Three Amigos!!!!
El Guapo and stooges invading Santa Poco.
I think we need to send them some help and I happen to know of millions who already speak the language.
“The force’s spokesman, Bruno Placido Valerio, said: ‘We have besieged the municipality, because here criminals operate with impunity in broad daylight, in view of municipal authorities.”
This sounds just like our White House and Congress...!
The libs don’t want them now. They might give us some ideas and balls.
Owning a gun in Mexico is illegal!!
When government fails to protect the people, they will sometimes rise up and defend themselves. Good for these people. It’s obvious the Mexican authorities won’t do their job.
That really is a beautiful sight. Just imagine us marching to the state capital and arresting the governor for refusing to nullify Obamacare.
This reminds me of the 1960 movie “The Magnificent Seven.”
Gee...what a concept...armed citizenry...
Whoda thunk it...
They should have done this in Detroit a loooooong time ago.
Where is the American media, Sen. Schumer?
I applaud these people. I just wonder how long before this happens here....!
"If God had not wanted them to be sheared, He would not have made them sheep..."
Appears some of them aren't sheep!
Sad but true....!
In a corrupt government, only the people can restore order. Thank God their weapons were not confiscated.
Hiding under their desks behind their armed guards.
I’ve been wondering that myself, especially since we see news daily of mobs attacking innocent people and the authorities looking the other way. I hope that enough people in this country have retained the courage to protect themselves and their families, unlike what seems to have happened in Europe. Euroweenies, is a fitting term.
Depends on who you ask, now.
Seems like we in the US will be needing to form such groups before long...
The government monopoly will put a stop to this civil order.
The American media will ignore this story...these pictures will frighten our congress and zero....!
I wonder how happy Eric is now about all those F&F guns he shipped to them?
I join you in applauding them. It would be a great day for the country, arresting Cuomo, the lib judges, Dan Savage or whatever that NAMBLA-ite’s name is. Obama of course. The entire EPA. Ahhh...
I think 2 million patriots marching on DC would scare the crap out of them. If you recall, the media lied, distorted and completely ignored the 500,000 who came to the 2010 TEA Party rally with Sarah and Glenn Beck...
Looks like it might be happening here! Check out the post about a place in AZ where someone is going to give out free shotguns to anyone who can pass a background check. They are doing this because the police are not protecting the people. Boo yah!
The last two sentences are what grabbed my attention: ‘We want to return peace and tranquility to the entire population. Only the people can restore order.’
Maybe those are the guns from Fast and Furious..../s
They have machine guns. No gun control in Mexico?
Only if you don’t get it from mr. e. holder. I’m sure they got these firearms from the one and only gun store in the county at the army base in Mexico City. Folding stock AR. Bolt action whatevers...............
I’d say good for them. But in Mexico, it’s seldom clear that there’s a right side and a wrong side. Revolutions against dictators and thugs usually turn out badly.
The militia shot some tourists for not stopping at a roadblock. Not good.
Thanks for reminding me....I had forgotten.
Wow, what a GREAT picture & story. I am very proud of these Mexican patriots taking matters into their own hands.
Wow. Sounds like a workable plan for certain leftie cesspools in the US. Chicago, Detroit, and parts of New York, perhaps? If the local police are corrupt and won’t provide protection, it’s up to the citizens to step up and do so.
When TSHTF, it will be more than pictures to frighten them.
The Battle of Athens was the first thing I thought of when I read this.
Vigilantism was given a bad rap by the crooks in the Establishment to protect themselves from righteous citizens.
See it can be done! The people can rise up against corrupt authorities.
Couldn’t agree with u more...!
In a sense it is going on in Detroit but its not organized. The elderly are taking a hell of a toll on the thug population.
The justifiable homicide rate in Detroit is an astounding 2200% higher than the national average. Part of the problem is the manipulation of statistics. The government loves to count those justifiable homicides (defensive) as murder without a distinction. Just guessing from watching the news I’d say its about 5 defensive shootings per week in Detroit.
Seems Mexico has a history of revolutions. They evidently get tired of corrupt government after a few years or decades.......
“The government monopoly will put a stop to this civil order”
Yep, it’s just a matter of time before the Federales come roaring in. To save the cartels.
I do recall that. It’s past time to do this hear, but it’s not too late.
