Alabama lawmaker sends shocking RACIST rant to gun-rights constituent, (shortened title)

A black member of the Alabama legislature uncorked a racist tirade in an email this week to a constituent who urged him not to embrace new gun control laws - copying his incendiary language to every member of the state legislature.

Joseph Mitchell, a Democrat who has represented parts of the city of Mobile since 1994 and ran for re-election unopposed in 2010 and 2006, castigated a voter named Eddie Maxwell, a Jefferson County man whom he correctly presumed was white.

'Hey man,' Mitchell wrote. 'Your folk never used all this sheit [sic] to protect my folk from your slave-holding, murdering, adulterous, baby-raping, incestuous, snaggle-toothed, backward-a**ed, inbreed [sic], imported criminal-minded kin folk.'

Perhaps. From my observation of the inner city Amish in new Orleans, Washington D.C. and Detroit is that they are scarred crapless of whitey outside of their turf. Take the thugs you shoot one another with general abandon out of the 9th Ward or off Jackson Avenue in NOLA or out of the Motorlesss City or out of Anacostia or NE DC and they are in a state of barely suppressed panic. White men with guns really do terrify these scum. Orientals with guns do as well as shown in the Rodney King riots. What is amazing is the cowardice of middle and upper middle class white people about placating and not provoking the ghetto trash. An anecdotal example: close personal friends who live on a very nice street in Old Metairie. The wife articulated this but the husband , who is a consulting engineer concurred. The sentiment was ‘I was so glad O. J. Simpson was found not guilty. If he had been convicted then there would have been Rodney King like riots all over the country.” My response of; “So what let them riot and burn down the business areas of their crappy part of town. If they venture out of crap city there are a lot of white men and some black who will be happy to find all the trouble for this garbage they could ever want. They are cowards, and scum and as their constant displays of jams and malfunctions with guns can't shoot worth a crap. let them come and find all the graves they need.” This was treated like shouting ‘f-ck the pope’ in a Catholic Church when the host was being elevated. What is wrong with white collar middle class Americans? Why are they so gutless and have zero motivation to defend what is absolutely the greatest blessing ever provided any people on the planet since the dawn of time, the liberty and security of property the United States has provided its citizens.

The black American soldiers, sailors and marines I work with daily would be frustrated and angered by your unjust broad generalization. Um, he is an elected member of the Alabama House of Representatives and has been for nearly 20 years. Doesn't that kind of imply that he HAS power?

Tell you what, I would bet 95% of them voted for Obama.
Because he was black. Race is an issue that can be put aside among co-workers, but it doesn’t change the direction of their thoughts.
