Used to be you had to be famous *and* dead to rate a ship with your name on it. Now, have something horrible happen, espouse a lefty cause, and you too can have a Clitoral Combat Ship (CCS) named in your honor.

It is a bad omen that the day a ship is named after Giffords, her dog killed a baby seal. Killing a seal is considered a bad luck omen for sailors.

One might think twice about serving on the USS Giffords.

An unflattering history...

Are AR-15s now as deadly to baby seals as SUVs to polar bears?

I think it’s a ridiculous attempt to salvage a shipwrecked reputation. This smells.

Some animals really are more equal than others.

Really?

What did the -Republican- judge who DIED that day get?

Nobody even mentions him.

It’s all about her.

” after Kelly said he had intended the purchase to make a political point about how easy it is to obtain the kind of firearms he’s lobbying Congress to ban”

Huh.

Guess it’s not that easy for just anybody to buy one, then.

Unintentionally funny object lesson, that.

The story has been updated. No charges are being filed on the daughter of Kelly. They are vacationing there. The story even takes a turn to a warning about the seals (how they have a dangerous bite). Dangerous dog, no problem, just be careful the story warns..your dog could be hurt as well.

It sure was. Even the original video has been changed to a more friendlier version of the incident. The guy who took the video seems star struck by meeting Kelly (or it just came across that way to me). The link at top is where I just seen the update. No anger whatsoever. No focus on a dog owner having to control their dog in public at all times. They include she had the dog on a leash but fail to show how she could not control the dog. He knew right away the seal was dead. He knows what that dog can do. what if it had a been a child or another person. She should be fined for allowing it to happen. Dog is lethal though guns are so bad.

He wasn’t allowed to purchase one of the toys as the shop owner was not satisfied with the ‘use” he intended it for and stopped the sale

The dog was supposed to have broken from its leash.

It did. It was on one of the links... the one between the fabric and the fleshy hand holding it.

I fail to understand why anyone who would not favor a person having a gun for self- defense would keep a vicious dog.

I don’t have to feed my gun nor clean up it’s crap and it is much easier to control.

Surely you jest.

For every million times we hear Gifford’s name, we hear silence about Roll.

It’s as if he didn’t matter.
