Brazile says Repub’s talk down to people. Folks won’t vote for that.

Did anybody ask Donna about her health insurance premiums and if she has gotten a good answer yet?

ABC on the love fest between BB and BO in Israel.

New round table! Goldberg - goal was to reintroduce obam to Israeli people for future negotiations.

Christiane A, agrees

Dan Senor, I think, - obam said containment with Iran won’t work. Impressed BB enough that he would extend the “timeline” for action.

Rana Farahoorar (sp????) this is a moment to step back and let the Iranians move forward.

Newt looking like he’s about to do the obligatory Wahn slapdown.

There is no Constitutional right for the judges to pretend they are a Constitutional Convention. Why not just eliminate the Constitutional Amendment Process?

Newt, marriage is between a man and a woman. What happens when married P/Ms visit from a different state (that recognizes SSM)

Coming up, Obomber’s visit to the Middle East...(did he get good photo ops or just simply p!$$ off both sides?)

Good point...and of course not. If she thinks her premiums are high now.....just wait until next year.

ABC - on Cyprus

Rona F. If you have money in Spain/Italy.....might want to get it out. On US markets, if there is no deal tonight, it will affect US markets this week. With a deal, not much impact now.

Newt: Jihad in ME is a bipartisan problem, rockets falling as B Hussein visits Israel. Most surrounding moslem countries want to destroy Israel.

Nobody from either side of the political spectrum seems to know what to do about it.

Civil war in Syria, Bayh mention not letting WEPMADs from Syria fall into the wrong hands (those would be the Saddam Hussein poison gas supplies that the UN “couldn’t find) Careful dummy...don’t spill the beans.

We'll see -- when the bill comes out of committee. I am betting both will vote for any bill giving amnesty that comes to the floor for a vote.

Bottom line you are right Tom,proof always in the pudding.

Amnesty, Wallace asks about his opposition to E-verify. He wants Border security first, vote on every year.

Rand Paul's plan is amnesty because it gives immediately those who entered illegally, committed ID theft, worked illegally, were guilty of tax evasion. etc. the right to stay and work here, the object of their crime.

E-Verfiy works and actually protects the emplpoyer. We must shut off the job magnet. Paul is uninformed about the immigration issue. And border security is only part of the problem. 40% of the 12 to 20 million illegal aliens entered this country legally and overstayed their visa.

He’s not opposed to the data-base check, not eligible to vote not eligible for welfare. Wants govt to do it, not burden business.

More silliness from Paul. We already have a data base and laws that are supposed to prevent illegal aliens from receiving federal benefits. The problem is one of enforcing existing laws. And what do you do with businesses that hire illegal aliens if you go on the assumption that all people in this country are here legally? It removes the businesses from all culpability.

On GOP getting hispanic vote by supporting amnesty, he want’s “Trust but Verify” program. Doesn’t trust any president to handle border security, wants Congress to deal with it every year

Supporting amensty would get the GOP the Hispanic vote.

Messina said they didn’t miss the votes of hispanics, women, etc, etc, etc because of “tactics”. They lost those votes because they are wrong on the issues.

Uhhh..sorry those votes were bought with our money, something else we need to counter.

None of the comments on DOMA address the primary reason why it was written, i.e., who is entitled to federal benefits like SS, Medicare, survivor’s benefits for federal pensions, etc. It has large monetary implications.

I've heard the opposite regarding "Hispanic" US citizens, unless you're talking about illegal aliens who vote. Unfortunately (and inexplicably) most Latinos and other Catholics usually vote RAT anyway.

Good point, rodguy.

Now on ABC, Jim McGreevey on. Plays a clip from a movie/documentary called “Fall to Grace”.
Focusses on his work with Prison Ministry. Good for him, even if he ain’t no Chuck Colson.

...If she thinks her premiums are high now.....just wait until next year.

Do you really suppose she'll mention that topic again?

Even if her insurance rates get exponentially increased?

Not if she doesn't want her next job to be as the Weekend Weather Babe in Walla Walla, or maybe even one of those Unpersons on the Perpetually Unemployed list.

(Either somebody screwed up getting the Daily Talking Points memo to her that morning, or she just air-headed her way through the thing and just blurted that line out. In any case, she's on a short leash now.)

They lost those votes because they are wrong on the issues.

In the case of Hispanics that is true. Most Hispanics favor Big Government and all the benefits the welfare state has to offer. They are natural Dem constituents with 50% out of wedlock birthrates and the highest school dropout rate of any group. The support affirmative action and minority business set asides.

Which sounds exactly like "social engineering"...a dyed in the wool Marxist concept.

Turning "marriage" (Holy Matrimony) into a civil rights classification also flies in the face of yet another BIG RAT LIE:

"The Separation of Church and State"
