The real problem is that historically the law will never be repealed. We will get 30 years of trying to fix it. Of course making it more of socialism.

Of course the democrats will use it to beat it over the head of republicans. Same same different day different way

The rub is that government controlled health care is now settled policy in America. Too much money and power are at stake for either political party to make market oriented changes to the law(s). The only question that remains is which party will be able to make the trains run on time.
