George Zimmerman Case – O’Mara Files Motion To Reconsider Deposition of Benjamin Crump
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | March 18, 2013 | Sundance

Posted on 03/18/2013 12:35:16 PM PDT by Uncle Chip

Mark O’Mara has filed a motion with the court for reconsideration of Judge Nelson’s prior ruling regarding Benjamin Crump’s ineligibility for deposition.

............................

This motion will affectionately be called “Tara’s Motion“, because the diligence of Treeper Tara appears to have given the defense a key tool in its position. Specifically the ABC audio tape which was mysteriously uploaded onto the ABC website on February 28th, which Tara discovered.

There are multiple substantive arguments in the motion filed by O’Mara outlining the defense position that Trayvon Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump, is specifically a key witness for deposition surrounding all of the elements regarding discovery of Witness #8, Dee Dee; Who, coincidently was deposed last Friday.

...........................

Additionally, within the filing keen insightful followers will note “Exhibit K“, the letter Benjamin Crump sent to the Federal Dept of Justice outlining his allegations of corruptions and collusion within the Sanford Police Dept.

But it is highly pertinent for those understanding the “Big Picture” to note who is copied on that letter. Note the names on the “CC”, and contrast against THIS STORY from today, and THIS STORY from last week.

I agree with several other posters here - - the original poster should have just presented the facts clearly, in layman's language, instead of posting a paragraph full of jargon and teasers.

Instead of making everyone “link-hop”, why don’t you JUST POST WHO THE HELL IT WAS CC’d to! Sheesh!

Bump to that!

Crump Cc’d his letter to Tom Perez, the same racist bigot that Obama just nominated to be some sort of secretary.

Note the names on the “CC”,

Yes, "CC: Eric Holder" would make a LOT of ears pick up. Very Interesting.

Correction: “Tom Perez” not Eric Holder. The link was unavailable and somebody in the comments said Holder and later corrected to Perez.

Perhaps this explains how the New Black Panther Party jumped on the get Zimmerman bandwagon so quickly.

How’s Sam?

You used two posts to implore us to click the links and read who knows how much of a website just to see to whom an email was CC’d. Not all of us following the GZ case have unlimited bandwidth nor unlimited free time. Why not just tell us who it was and provide a link so we can verify your information for ourselves? No need to be a drama queen about it, that’s all I’m saying.

OT Alert....

He’s very good. He had deteriorated due to arthritis in a knee to being essentially a 3-legged dog, muscles atrophying and was in constant discomfort. I tried the vet but his shots did nothing, except cost me a lot. It was breaking my heart to see him in that condition.

Then I decided to do some research on aspirin. Determined by his weight, 2 coated baby aspirin in the morning and 2 in the evening. The change was nearly instantaneous and miraculous to see. It gave him a new lease on life. Started using all his legs, muscle tone came back and at times he bounces around like a puppy. Everyone was amazed at the improvement. He’ll be 12 this August.

Sorry to hear he’s been under the weather, but I’m glad you found a fix for him.

I had to put down my 17 year old Basenji in September due to stomach cancer. It was just time. His almost 18 year old cousin, although blind, is still going OK. Sleeps most of the time.

Give Sam a pat for me.

I tried --

I tried to post something more understandable in layman's language from "cfnews13" but it was deleted and and then subsequently "first coast news florida" but it was deleted as well. [apparently they are both on the verboten list]

I considered linking directly to "gzlegalcase.com" but there is no layman there to interpret.

When CTH posted their article, it was the third strike even though it was not that clearly written.

It's tough to find news outlets that carry this.

I did no such thing. I read the posted article and noticed that there were no working links to the referenced documents, so I went to the original article and posted the links on a reply. I did this as a favor for the Freepers reading the article to save you guys a trip to the source of the post.

I won't make that mistake again.

You did good, it was the bandwidth issue on the other end that was the problem.

O’Mara’s website has used up its bandwith allowance!

But CTH downloaded it here:
