Right after Obama cheated his way into a second term, there were rumblings of some effort to extend his dictatorship for a third term or maybe longer. I'm convinced this time his supporters might be successful. Why not? They don't care about the Constitution and the Republicans are too wimpy to fight.

While I’m (obviously) against repeal of the Second Amendment, I respect that Serrano is trying to work through our Constitution, at least in these two circumstances (no doubt, when push comes to shove, he’ll always trash the Constitution).

It a good lesson for debating liberals. Tell them to get behind Mr. Serrano’s push to repeal the Second Amendment, and after accomplishing that, they can come back and talk about federal gun control. Obviously, that effort won’t get very far...

I was going to point out that was only when a Dem was in the White House, but I thought better of it and did a Google first. I would have been WRONG. He did it in 2001, 2003, 2005 and 2007. (And 2009, 2011 and now 2013.)

He's nothing if not consistent. He's also been active concerning Puerto Rico.
