It wasn't just Tokyo Rove and his PAC Donors who flopped at CPAC.

Eef you Jeb. You and your minion try to shove yourself down my throat again, I will have no choice but to write in Sarah Palin.
I am DONE voting for the lesser evil. Evil is evil, whether great or small. HUGH and SERIES lesson learned from last election. God Bless ALL of you who did not vote for Romney. My apologizes to whom I criticized for NOT doing so.
That, of course, is if we even have a next election.

Several strong conservatives, so our vote will be split, and there’s Jeb and Fatso ready to take on Hillary and Deval. Ugh, I think I’m sick, three years ahead of time.

It was a Reagan speech, where Jeb mentioned Reagan and immediately went to a story about the health of his father. That was it.
He's sounds completely technocratic, there was a word about freedom, individual sovereignty or anything. It was about how government programs (+ schools) are going to fix the country. Then he had slams at the GOP (his GOP) about inclusion and other drivel.
It was all platitudes. There was nothing about how to get there.

He has a lot of gall thinking he could be President.

The Eleventh Commandment was a phrase used by later President of the United States Ronald Reagan during his 1966 campaign for Governor of California.
The Commandment reads:
Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican.
The 12 commandment of FR reads
Thou shalt badmouth all Republicans all the time
